    Enjoying dinner together is a simple way to spend

    quality time together, bearing in mind that parentsshould get rid of their stress and worries and other

    negative emotions before the dining session while

    communicating to their children.

    STRESS AND ANGER !

    If you show your anger and stressmode, your children tend to be afraidof you and might distance from being

    closer to you.

    No work should be broughthome and parent should pay fullattention with the children when

    they are home.This also shows that theyappreciate the presence oftheir children after a hectic

    day at work

    If dinner time is not themost appropriate time to

    discuss such matters, thenfamily members should not

    be afraid to request forsome quiet, together time

    to discuss such issues
