County Executive, Ross Wilkerson recognized Senator Be n Longley who spoke t o the C ommissi oners. He also presented to the Court The Ame rican Flag and the Te nnessee State Flag. Mr . Woodrow C ook spo ke to the C ommissioners con cerni ng the County Cemetary. After much dis cus- sion it was moved by Co mmissioner Petty a nd seconded Commissi oner Eld ridge that County Attor ney Harvey Sproul make dee ds for the Cemetary. The Vote was unanimous . An up to date rep ort on TRDA was give n by County Executive Ross Wilkerson. WHEREAS , the County of Loudon i ntends to apply for the aforementioned grant,

from the Tennessee Department of Transporta tion ; and

WHEREAS , the contract for the grant wi l l i rnpose certai n legal obl i gations upon

the County of Loudon.

RESOLUTION NO . 3b-?J..-A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF LOUDON COUNTY , TENNESSEE , PURSUANT TO CHAPTER FOUR, SECTION 1 3-7-105 OF THE TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED , TO RE­ZONE PARCEL 3 .1, TAX MAP 5 2 , FROM A-1 , AGRICULTURE-FORESTRY TO C-2 , GENERAL COMMERCIAL .

WHEREAS , the Loudon County Conunission, in accordance with Chapter Four , Section 13-7-105 of the Tennessee Code Annotated , . may ·from 'time to time, amend the number I shape , boundary, area, or any regulation o f or within any district or districts , or any other provision of any zoning resolu­tion, and

ivHEREAS , the Loudon County Regional Planning Commission has forwarded its recommendations regarding the amendment of the Zoning Map of Loudon County , Tennessee , and the necessary publTc hearing called for and held;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Loudon County Quarterly Court that the Zoning Map of Loudon County , Ten­nessee , be amended as follows :
