1. Nature friendlyPar-ky respects nature. We only use a thin 0,6 mm top layer of real wood. That way, we make use of our natural resources in a sustainable way. Just 1 tree yields 25 times more Par-ky veneer flooring than solid flooring. Moreover, all the wood we use is sourced from sustainable forests. The origin is guaranteed by our ‘PURE WOOD’ charter, which is signed by each of our suppliers. So we can be certain our wood is indeed eco-friendly. 2. Environment friendlyOn average, 30% of the energy consumed during our production process comes from solar panels on our production sites. The remaining 70% we buy, is green electricity. Also, we heat the machines and our buildings in winter with the wood waste from production. Par-ky’s ambition is to be completely CO2 neutral by 2015.

3. Friendly to your healthOur floors are healthy floors. They adhere to the strictest European norms regarding volatile organic substances emissions. The formaldehyde emissions are also reduced to far below the obligatory minimum. So: our floors enhance the air quality in your living environment.

Moreover, the Aqua Sealing Complete system ensures that the bevels (V-grooves) are stained and lacquered, protecting them from moisture. A strong floor, thanks to the unique lacquer system The panels are finished with eight layers of hard lacquer in 3 versions: • Sealed satin: gloss of 20%, sealed and naturally lacquered. This ultra-hard lacquer is fit for intense use. • Sealed matt: gloss of 10%, sealed and mat lacquered. Floors look like they have been oiled, but without the disadvantages of oil. • Brushed matt: gloss of 10%, brushed and mat lacquered. The wood structure is accentuated without compromising strength.

The brushed finish emphasizes the wood structure and gives a more natural result, but on the other hand it is a little less resistant than the sealed finish. For this reason the warranty on the brushed floors is 12 years and on the sealed floors 15 years.

Wood at the price of laminateThe Pro collection offers you quality at a surprisingly low price. This collection consists of short, wide boards in trendy kinds of wood, such as oak, walnut, cherry and teak.

You can enjoy the warmth and comfort of real wood, together with the niceties of laminate: easy to install and to maintain. Par-ky floors give your home that touch of authenticity, not of imitation. Still, this laminate parquet is priced the same or cheaper than quality laminate.

Finishing: the cherry on the cake

Skirtings After the installation of the veneer flooring, the floor is finished with matching wooden skirtings. Par-ky provides trendy 8 cm high skirtings, which can easily be shortened to 6 cm or even 2.5 cm. The cutter provided and the pre-cut guides turn shortening the skirtings into child’s play.

How do I maintain my floor ?

Easy to repairFor each kind of lacquer, Par-ky has developed a Seal Spray to easily repair possible small scratches in the lacquer and to avoid dirt penetrating. Scratches on coloured floors become as good as invisible by rubbing in a coloured product.

Easy to maintain The Protective Cleaner and the Intensive Cleaner are the winning team to keep you Par-ky floor clean: • The Protective Cleaner protects • The Intensive Cleaner attacks even the hardest spots

We advise you to clean your floor at least once a week with the Protective Cleaner. Its protecting ingredient will make your floor look like new for longer.
