What I plan to do:• I want to learn to rework, revamp and

refresh clothes by learning to sew

• This is a productive leisure occupation

• It includes recycling, arts and crafts, designing, dreaming and doing

Why?• History – My Mum was a

dressmaker• Challenge – I am in NO

way crafty, so I think it will challenge me

• Individuality – I’d love to make unique pieces for myself and kids

• Eco factors – reduce waste, recycling what we’ve already got, saving cash

When?• At home

• At OUSA - Monday nights between the 28th of April and the 19th of May, 6pm

Where?• At home – trial and

error• With my sister at her

home• At the OUSA rec

centre

• Resources will come from friends, family and The Waitati Free Bus Stop
