Trade-In & Trade-Up Process

1. Reseller engages Panasonic Sales Manager to complete Trade in Pricing approval Letter

– Must be completed in full including the customer details (email or phone #)• Panasonic retains the option to survey customers taking part in trade in or other discount programs

2. Customer invoice or quote must be provided with trade in discount request

3. Approved Resellers will get an instant rebate at the time of order (maximum 10% of purchase at RRP)

– Please note: the Trade In discount can not be applied to Promotion bundle packages. These Promotional Packages can be sold to the customer and should be included on the approval form

4. End user customers Control Unit, CPU (if applicable) and common equipment, such as cards, and power supplies must be returned to Panasonic Trade In for safe and environmental disposal within 60 days of the purchase

– Phones do not need to be returned– Panasonic will issue a shipping label when the project is won, Resellers must confirm the win

with their Panasonic Sales Manager and provide the address for the label to be shipped – A copy of the customer Trade In Approval Letter must be submitted with the equipment return

for verification

5. If the equipment is not retuned within 60 days the reseller will be excluded from future Trade In participation
