“Surety means a person who binds h mself as a guarantor to satisfy the obligations of another person if the

latter fails to do so.

I am well aware of the pos t on that I am standing as a Guarantor to the Bor wer and that in the event the

Borrower fa ls to either pay the interest on the loan taken or the principal amount I shall be held able to

dis harge the obligations of the Borrower to the satisfaction of the Society

I/We am/are aware that in case of default of the Borrower, I/We will be held liable for his loan dues.

My guarantee as a Surety to the Society is irrevocab e and personal.
