Its a Lovely Day, The St. Mark Village Way.An outing to the beach, shing in the crystal clear blue water and shopping with friends along the historic Tarpon Springs Sponge docks. All this right in our neighborhood! Meanwhile, back at the Village, music plays, artists paint and residents ride bikes through our beautiful park like campus. Just steps away, the full continuum of care, if the need arises.

The natural assets dazzle, the business community is thriving and the convenience of being located near major metropolitan areas make Palm Harbor an absolutely cant miss for everyone from singles, to young families and career driven adults, to retirees who are looking to settle into a groove of rest and relaxation.

Palm Harbor has been luring new residents to its naturally rich sun soaked location in Pinellas County for quite a long time. Settlements in the area that would become Palm Harbor date back to the latter part of the nineteenth century. Many of the early buildings remain in and around the downtown area. Their timeless charm has fit into the numerous identities that Palm Harbor has tried out over the years. From its origins as a pioneer settlement and farming community to a college town and epicenter for tourism and community development, Palm Harbor has stood the test of time and flourished. With its welcoming charm, numerous lifestyle options and recreational amenities, it is the embodiment of coastal Florida living at its best.

The mostly residential community of East Lake is located on the eastern side of Lake Tarpon. It is comprised of the sub-communities of East Lake Woodlands, Lansbrook, Ridgemoor, Woodfield, Boot Ranch and Tarpon Woods. The vast open expanses of pasture land gives the area a country meets suburban sort of vibe. Subdivisions and plazas of commerce and local businesses neatly dot the well-manicured tree lined thoroughfare of East Lake Road. The area is also well known for its beautiful and pristine parks. One such gorgeous natural attribute to the community is the 255 acre John Chesnut Sr. Park, which offers beautiful views of Lake Tarpon and numerous amenities such as picnic shelters, a boat ramp and playgrounds. Another is the 8,000 acre Brooker Creek Preserve.

Located just four miles north of Downtown Dunedin and at the western end of Tampa Road, Ozona is unique within the realm of the Palm Harbor area. It is actually older than Palm Harbor itself. Originally a small fishing village,

Ozona features a picturesque collection of older and newer single family homes. With some excellent seafood restaurants to boot, Ozona is a lush gulf front community sure to appeal to just about everybody.

The beautiful coastal community of Crystal Beach features palm trees that reach for the sky, classy older homes and elegant waterfront homes. The roads twist and turn through neighborhoods that are rich with personality and local architectural flavor.

To sum things up, the aesthetic appeal of Crystal Beach emboldens the quintessential Florida warm and sunny vibe.

I have lived in the Palm Harbor area for

over 40 years. There is so much to offer for

families, business and the community here. My

passion for Palm Harbor is still alive and thriving.

I could not imagine living anywhere else.
