Celebrations& Activities Galore

Silver Jubilee Celebrations/ SAMANVAY :

A pageant, a cavalcade of the Memorabilia, a confluence of the ethos that the

Pallavi Family stands for. The highlights of the program were:

International Standards Organization Certification: PMS Bowenpally has

received ISO certification fulfilling all the requisites for standardization

and quality assurance.

Mukhya Atithi Parichay: Hon’ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Bandaru

Dattatreya was the Chief Guest of the event. Dignitaries and famous

personalities from varied fields such as Dr. Ranjeeth Reddy, Mr. Gopala

Krishna IAS, Singer Sree Ramachandra, Actor Vishu Reddy and Sketch

artist Dr. Harsha Reddy graced the event.

Souvenir release – PRATIBIMB: A memoire which recapitulates the eventful

journey of the invincible Pallavian.

Samman Samaroh : Felicitation of renowned teachers who have retired as

well as the teachers who have completed 20 years of glorious service.

Alumini Meet: Time to cherish the golden memories both by students and

teachers.

Cultural Program / Manoranjan Yatra : The entire show was adorned with

scintillating performances, magnificent teamwork and coordination.

National Disability Day :

On the international day of persons with disabilities , Pallavi students of class

VIII visited NIMH for the empowerment of persons with intellectual disabilities.

National Army Day:

“ Nation First is the only thing that our Indian Soldiers remember” .

To pay tribute to our Indian Army, Army Day is celebrated on 15th January every

year. Students of Sr. block also celebrated the day by remembering the sacrifices

of our valiant soldiers, patriotic songs were presented and the feeling of

patriotism was lit in the hearts of all students.

Orientation Programme:

Sr. Block has organized an orientation program for parents of grade X students in

order to:

Apprise the parents of the elective optional in grade XI.

Inform about the bridge course available for grades X.

Share the CBSE pattern of examination for grade XI.

Offer career guidance options after grade XI.

Inter House Debate Competition Finals:

Inter House Debate competition finals were held on 3rd Dec.2019in commemoration

of Human Rights Day. Cauvery House won the finals as they spoke eloquently. The

session was a kaleidoscope of opinions, thoughts, ideas and perspectives that

definitely enhanced the knowledge and understanding of the topic among the

students.

T S Manish won the Best Speaker Award.

OLYMPIAD:

IMO was conducted for the participants of grade VIII, IX , X, XI

and XII on 5th Dec.2019.

REMEDIAL CLASSES:

Remedial classes for grades VIII and IX are being held on

every Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:00pm to help students work

on their difficulty areas subject wise.

EXTRA CLASSES:

Extra classes were conducted for grades X and XII to guide

them and prepare them effectively for board exams.

EXAMINATIONS:

Half yearly Exams were successfully conducted for grades XI and XII.

Periodic Test 3 were conducted successfully for grades VIII, IX and X.

Pre board 1 for grade XII started on 30th Dec.2019.

COMPETITIVE EXAMS:

Merit scholarship Exam was conducted on 15th Dec.2019 for grades III to

IX in the school.

CIRCULARS:

Merit scholarship test circulars were given on 6th Dec.2019

Orientation program circulars were given on 6th Dec.2019

Transport fee challans were given on 7th Dec.2019.

Bronze medal in 57th National Roller Skating

Championship 2019. Conducted by Roller

Skating Federation of India in Vizag.

Final Practical Exams for grade XII – 10th Jan onwards.

Health and Physical Assessment for grades IX and XI – 20th Jan to

30th Jan.2019.
