• Links 16 communities in 4 counties
• Ranges from 5,200 to 11,500 feet

• 2,500 miles
• 80% is ATVs
• 10% is Motorcycle

• Forest Service was closing routes to protect resources.
• Sportsmen wanted continued use of routes to favorite hunting and fishing spots.
• Tourism looking for destination recreation opportunities to draw people with money.
