Thanks to the integration, Dynamics NAV end users can send all their sales invoices electronically via Pagero Online, regardless of the invoice format their customers request: B2G/B2B e-invoices, PDF via email or paper. The solution is available exclusively through Microsoft partners as an Add-On for Dynamics NAV 2016 and as an Extension for Dynamics NAV 2017.

Pagero for Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows Dynamics NAV end users – regardless of size, industry or transaction volumes – to automate their sales invoice distribution directly from Dynamics NAV. By selecting Pagero Online as the distribution method in the end user’s customer card, the sales invoices for that customer will automatically be sent to Pagero Online for immediate distribution to the recipient, regardless of the customer’s preferred invoice format:

Digital signatureFor compliance with the Spanish public administration and tax authority, Pagero for Microsoft Dynamics NAV enables the automatic signing of e-invoices and PDF invoices. When the invoice has been converted to the recipient’s format, Pagero Online signs and stores the invoice before sending it to the customer.

Compliance

E-archivePagero’s e-archive service stores all invoices for the period required by the local tax authorities for legal electronic invoice archiving. To ensure legal compliance in each market, all invoices are stored in the electronic invoice format originally received from Dynamics NAV, Pagero Online’s internal invoice format, an invoice format (PDF) that can be read by human beings and the recipient’s invoice format.

EnrichmentInstead of correcting erroneous or incomplete invoices yourself, or having to send it back to the supplier, you can let Pagero do the job for you. With our enrichment service, we can automatically add, change or remove specifi c invoice content to fi t your system requirements. All enrichment rules are available to you in Pagero Online and authorised personnel can administer the rules themselves.

ValidationOur validation service practically eliminates manual error management. We create a set of rules with the requirements that your inbound e-invoices must fulfi l. Each time an invoice is sent to you via Pagero Online, the content is automatically checked. If the invoice does not fulfi l the requirements, it is not forwarded to you. An e-mail will be sent to the issuer stating that the invoice is incorrect including a specifi cation of what needs to be corrected before it is resent.

AP AutomationWith Pagero for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you can receive all supplier invoices electronically from day 1. Suppliers that do not have the possibility to send e-invoices can send their invoices to you either by mail or email – all invoices will be scanned, captured and delivered to your system. All invoices are also archived electronically in Pagero’s e-archive for quick and easy access. Pagero also provides services for improving the quality of your invoice data:

PEPPOL Access ServicesA number of public authorities in Europe has announced legislation or mandates for e-order and e-invoice handling through PEPPOL (e.g. the NHS Mandate for PEPPOL and GS1). Pagero is an approved PEPPOL Access Point in all countries where PEPPOL has been implemented and we transfer over 100,000 documents through PEPPOL each month. By connecting to the Pagero Online platform, you will be able to send and receive purchase orders and invoices to and from your customers through PEPPOL.
