2 Harry P. Leu House The Harry P. Leu House and Gardens are 50 acres of history, having been bought by Harry and Mary Jane Leu in 1936. In 1961, it was deeded to the city of Orlando, and since then it has been restored and is on the National Historical Register. The house was to be redesigned to become a bed and breakfast in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright, and has been done so in the floor plan by opening up the first floor, as well as bringing the accessibility up to modern codes. Hallways and door- ways were widened to meet standards, as well as a fully ADA compliant suite on the first floor with it’s own ramped entrance.
