September 9, 2019 REGULAR MEETING Board Room President Whitt called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Education to order at Call to Order 7:07PM.

August 26, 2019 Meeting Minutes

1) Approved the Regular and Executive Session minutes of August 26, 2019.

2) Approved the CSE, 504 and CPSE recommendations. Approve CSE, 504, CPSE

3) Approved the recommendations of the Hancock Central School District Claims Auditor Internal Claims Auditor for the period ending 08/23/19. 08/09/19

4) Approved the request of Sara D'Elia for her children, Joseph and Jake D'Elia Non-Tuition Students to attend Hancock Central School for the 2019-2020 school year on a non-tuition Joseph and Jake basis as Sara D'Elia is a current/active employee of the school district. D'Elia

Smith moved, with a second by Homer as recommended by Superintendent Dougherty to adopt the following: BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Education, Hancock Central School District, Approve MOU does hereby approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Hancock between HCSD and Central School District and the Hancock CSD Civil Service Employees CSEA Association for unit members retiring for ERS purposes in the 2018-2019 school year and thereafter, all accrued leave payouts due under the CBA shall be made to the retiring employee's 403-b account as a Non-Elective Employer Contribution.

BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Education, Hancock Central School district, DaBrescia does hereby appoint Kelly DaBrescia as Tutors for the 2019-2020 school year at the rate of $34/hour.

Smith moved, with a second by Homer as recommended by Superintendent Approve Internal Dougherty to adopt the following: Claims Auditor BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Education, Hancock Central School District, Report 10/12/2018-does hereby approve the Internal Claims Auditor Report for the period of 07 /22/2019 October 12, 2018 through July 22, 2019.

between HCSD and BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Education, Hancock Central School District, Deposit Central does hereby approve an agreement between the Hancock Central School District and School District for the Deposit Central School District for the 2019-2020 school year for Functional FBA Behavior Assessments at a rate of $54/hour not to exceed $500.00 to be paid from the General Fund.

Homer moved, with a second by Smith to go to Executive Session to review CSE recommendations with Superintendent Dougherty. President Whitt commenced the Executive Session at 7 :20 PM.

Homer moved, with a second by Smith to terminate Executive Session. President Whitt terminated Executive Session at 8:03 PM and declared the meeting in Open Session.
