Refurbishing Of Machine Enclosure

These Services Include:

Replacement of ware out guide rod, bearings rollers for smooth working of the doors assembly.

Replacement of the existing broken glasses with imported unbreakable polycarbonates sheet.

Replacement of ware out wipers for chips control & application of silicone sealant to fill the open gaps to prevent the leakage of coolant outside the machine.

On site Painting of the enclosure in desired shade. 

Thermic Weld Bellow Covers

PADMINI Thermic-Weld bellows are made from a single piece of thermoplastic coated material with PVC stiffeners for of Completely sealed no seams, stitch-holes or breaks requirement.

Thermic-Weld covers come with standard metal at both ends. They are used when watertight protection of the components (i.e. screws, shafts, etc.) is necessary against the contamination made by coolants.

Rollway Covers Canister Type

PADMINI Rollway covers with Canister consist of high tensile synthetic fabric or spring steel shade mounted on spring loaded roller take up mechanism housed within steel canister. A brush wiper on the canister cleans the shade as it retracts and prevents foreign matter from damaging the take up hardware. 

PADMINI Rollway Covers with canister enclose & protect the cover & are easier to mount on machine.

TL SERIES STEEL CABLE DRAG CHAIN

It is very sturdy and easy to operate, install, dismantle or assemble. It cab be used for very long period of time without any deformation or hanging down.

TL series drag chain cab be used for max speed of 40m/sec and at this Speed noises shall not be greater than 68db. The service life of this chain is about 1 million times (reciprocating).

SPLIT BELLOW COVERS

PADMINI Polygonal Bellows in spilt form with Velcro / tiny press buttons are most popular because it can be mounted without dismantling the mating part & saves valuable down time

Where it is not possible or practical to dismantle equipment, sewn bellows can be supplied split, ready for fitting around a shaft. The split is closed after installation using a tape and clip joint.

PADMIN’s experienced team of technicians visit to works as per schedule. During their visit they open the covers, clean & lubricate the guide ways and covers. Inspect the covers and as per the requirement replace the damaged/ worn out parts like wipers, shoes, rollers, guide strips and refit the cover on the machine.
