INTRODUCTION:• Altitude Group manufactures a wide range of packaged, air-cooled condensing units. • Most of our units are supplied complete with compressor, electrical and all components ready for use in commercial refrigeration and HVAC

applications.• There are however applications for the cabinet, condensers, fans and components to be supplied without compressor to enable OEM’s to supply and fit

the compressor and components of choice. • This brochure covers the wide range of packaged units available for this purpose of OEM customization.

RANGE SUMMARISED:Our range of packaged, air cooled condensing units is summarised as follows: 350 Series • Single and dual 350mm dia. fan units with condenser capacity from 470W/KTD to 1500W/KTD • Suitable for compressors from 0.75HP to 2.5HP depending on application. 500 Series • Dual 500mm fan units with condenser capacity from 1880W/KTD to 3060W/KTD • Suitable for compressors from 2HP to 7HP depending on application. 630 Series • Dual 630mm fan units with condenser capacity from 3810W/KTD to 6370W/KTD • Suitable for compressors from 6HP to 15HP depending on application. 800 Series • Dual 800mm fan units with condenser capacity from 5700W/KTD to 11100W/KTD • Suitable for compressors from 12HP to 50HP depending on application.

Note: Condenser capacities based on R404A refrigrant, at full fan speed, at sea level, with clean condenser. Please contact Altitude Group for condenser capacities on other refrigerants.

OPTIONS: We can supply these air-cooled packaged units in a variety of different options including:-1. Complete cabinet with all components fitted and pre-piped but without compressor. 2. Complete cabinet with options included or excluded depending on the application as follows:-

MODEL NOMENCLATURE

FEATURES: • Hydrophilic Blue Aluminium Fins and Internally Grooved Copper Tubes (Optimised Condenser) • External Rotor, Axial Flow, Condenser fans (Efficient Fans) • Robust steel base structure designed to minimise vibration with heavy compressors operating • Weatherproof sheet metal casing in PPGS, powder coated to RAL7035• All stainless steel fasteners • Interal Fan Guard • Rotary Electrical Isolator accessible from exterior of cabinet• On larger models, universal compressor mounting with two-directional movement to facilitate most popular compressor brands without having to

drill holes, or weld frames in the unit BENEFITS: The large capacity range means these condensing units can be used for high, medium and low temperature applications, across most Fluorocarbon refrigerants, at a large range of ambient temperatures. One series of condensing units covers a huge range of applications and units are easily customised. FIN SPACING: 2.2mm / 12 FPI / 455 FPM Standard Fin Spacings on all our condensers. APPLICATIONS: These units can be customised for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, hot water heat pumps, water and glycol chillers.
