REQUIRED 4 DOCUMENT TYPES for NEW SIGNUP1. 1 copy of Application Form must be filled (refer to the following slide)
2. 2 copies of Plantation Management Agreement form must be signed (refer to the following slide for details)
3. 1 copy of Photocopy front and back of NRIC (for Malaysian), or personal details page with picture’s page on Passport (for Foreigners)• Crosses with “For BBB Group (HK) Limited use only”
4. 1 copy Proof of Fund transfer or bank-in to company’s account• Screenshot or snapshot of the bank-in/fund transfer/Telegraphic Transfer receipt
(photocopy not required)• Send the screenshot/snapshot to the admin (consult your introducer if you do
not have the admin’s contact

SIGNUP Process Flows
1. Fill up the Application Form2. Sign the Plantation Management Agreement3. Attach NRIC or Passport photocopy to the Application Form (staple or pin)4. Send (by WeChat) to Admin the snapshot of bank-in/fund transfer slips, or screenshot of
online transfer digital slip. 5. Send (by WeChat) to Admin the new member’s Name, Username, E-mail address, and phone
number.• If you are requesting for credit to your R-Wallet, must WeChat your Username together to the Admin
6. Send to Admin all the completed Application Form, Plantation Management Agreement (2 copies), and the NRIC or Passport photocopy.
Note: Consult your introducer if you do not know who is the Admin.

Receiving the Completed “Plantation Management Agreement” from BBB Group (HK) Limited:1. Admin will return the signed and stamped agreement to the
introducer whom will hand over the agreement to the purchaser.

APPLICTION FORMFill up the Application Form using:
1. Use BLACK INK PEN
2. Write in CAPITAL letters only
Definition:
Name of Purchase Name of the person who buy the tree(s)
Contact Number mobile phone/ hand phone number, or fixed line phone number
Username This is the purchaser’s account ID. It cannot be changed once input into system. At least 6 characters long (alphabet and/or numbers are accepted)
Fill in Name of Purchaser, Contact
Number, and Username

2. Write in CAPITAL letters only
NOTE:
If it is a joint account:
• Principal account holder’s name must be filled in the “INDIVIDUAL PARTICULARS” section; and second account holder’s particular must be filled in the “JOINTHOLDER’s PARTICULARS” section
• CONTACT PARTICULARS is the principal account holder’s contact details.
If it is a corporate account:
• Fill in the CORPORATE PARTICULARS section with complete company details
• CONTACT PARTICULARS is the company’s official contact information
Must fill in ALL columns in “Individual
Particulars”.
Must fill in ALL columns in “Contact Particulars” (MUST provide at least one contact number of
either mobile/home. Can omit office
and/or fax numbers).
Fill in number of trees(According to sign up package)
Fill in 1,000.00(Subject to changes. Always check with company
for current tree value.)
Leave these 2 columns blank
