Materials: Cascade Yarns® Pacific® Bulky 60% Acrylic / 40% Superwash Merino Wool 200 g (7.05 oz) / 129 yds (118 m) 1 skein of #23 (Dusty Turquoise) US 13 Circular Knitting Needles Yarn Needle Stitch Marker

Gauge: 8 sts x 16 rows = 4” (10 cm)

Abbreviations: CO = Cast On K = Knit K2tog = Knit 2 stitches together. P = Purl PM = Place Marker Rnd(s) = Round(s) St(s) = Stitch(es)

Pattern: CO 40 (50, 60) sts Being careful not to twist, join in the round. PM Work [K3, P2] Ribbing for 2". Splanky Stitch: Rnd 1: *[K1, P1, K1, P2]; repeat from * to end of rnd. Rnd 2: *[K3, P2]; repeat from * to end of rnd. Continue in Splanky Stitch until 7" (8.5", 10") from CO edge. Begin decreases: Rnd 1: *[K1, P1, K1, P2, K1, P1, K1, K2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
