PACE4GRACE I am going to participate in a 6km walk on 05/09/15 and will be raising funds for Grace Moss. Grace Moss is a 5 year old little girl with severe Cerebral Palsy, she was born 12 weeks premature and unfortunately she suffered a severe brain haemorrhage which resulted in her having this condition. Her family applied to the council for a grant to have their house adapted as Grace is unable to walk or do many things for herself. This grant was refused.
