PA Capital Partners (Pro-Advantech Capital Partners) is an Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory Services business. The company was founded in 2009 at New Delhi by a group of management consultants who are senior professionals from the corporate world.

We focus on providing independent, objective advice, grounded in fundamental valuation analysis, to assist our clients in completing transactions and achieving their goals.

PA Capital Partners was formed to provide high-quality, value-based financial advisory services to the middle market.  The principals and associates of the firm bring a depth of experience in successfully advising clients on valuation and M&A issues, providing valuation and fairness opinions, and executing transactions on behalf of clients.  

Our mission is to combine flawless financial analysis, using the latest tools of research and analysis, with sound judgment based on years of successfully advising clients.  We accept an assignment only after carefully listening to our client and understanding its needs and the realities of the marketplace.  Our advice is delivered in a manner to generate understanding and added value to a transaction and our client.

Avik Sanyal is a professional with more that 22 years of experience having worked as CEO and India Head for an American MNC for 5 years, prior to managing PA Capital Partners as Managing Partner. Prior to this, he was Country Manager for Polaroid Corporation and Country Head - India Subcontinent for Mitsubishi Electric Corporation having worked and lived in more than 8 countries including US, Japan, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore apart from India. An MBA from IISWBM- Calcutta University, Avik is very well networked in the PE & VC fraternity as he was CEO and only US resource for one of the most prominent VC companies out of the silicon valley managing their business and investments in India.

Sudipto Dasgupta is a Banking & Financial Services professional with over 20 years’ experience across various countries and markets with Citibank, ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Recovery Service LLC and his own enterprises based out of Madrid, Spain. Most recently, Sudipto was Senior Vice President operations with National Recovery Service LLC, one of Russia’s largest Distressed Debt management and Collections Companies. Prior to this Sudipto was COO of ABN Amro Consumer Finance, Spain managing overall operations of a business with a portfolio size of € 250 Million, and 30 thousand clients spread across Spain. He managed various European Consumer Banking operations for ABN Amro, in live businesses and initiated start-up projects in Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Russia, Spain and Italy. Prior to this, he was in various senior management roles with ABN Amro India for 5 years. An MBA from Birla Institute of Technology, Sudipto spent the first 7 years of his career with Citibank India.

Arpita Chatterjee has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. She has held several management positions in India and Canada, including seven years in KPMG and Ernst & Young in their auditing, taxation and corporate advisory services departments. She has handled a large number of global clients. She is a Chartered Accountant, member of the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), member of the ICAI Toronto chapter and Vice President (Finance) in the Quebec chapter of the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC). Arpita is also a member & director on behalf of the ICCC in the board of directors of the "Freedom from Poverty Foundation". Arpita specializes in Finance & Accounting related functions/projects.

Deepak Roy an ex-banker with more than 12 years of experience having worked with HDFC, HSBC, Axis Bank and other NBFCs managing various funding streams for corporate entities. He is a stalwart in Debt and financial services having executed deals of complex characters. Deepak has recently managed large scale and complex debt structuring project for one of our key clients enabling them to address a new international market that is equal in scale to their current business. Deepak is an expert at mortgage loans that occupy a major part of the firm’s business activity today.

Rohit Malhotra a chartered accountant with more than 15 years of extensive exposure in both corporate, advisory and consulting roles on financial reconstruction. He has led transactions involving divestitures, mergers, and other liquidity events including recapitalizations and ESOP transactions.
