WILL CALL

Tickets purchased and held under Will Call will be available for pick up at the Bing Concert Hall Box Office until the day before the performance. On the day of the performance, Will Call service at the performance venue will open 60 minutes prior to concert start time. Please bring valid photo ID to claim tickets.

Handling fees are $4 per ticket for single ticket orders and $11 for online subscription orders.

nOTIFICATIOn OF RE-RELEASED TICKETS

Even though performances may reach capacity in advance, tickets may be released and become available for purchase closer to the performance date. In order to increase the number of people who can enjoy our performances, we have created an online notification list to inform patrons when tickets have been released or returned. Signing up for this list does not guarantee a seat, and purchases will be fulfilled in the order received. For more information, visit live.stanford.edu/go/notifylist.

REFunDS

Due to the nature of live performance, all programs are subject to change. Tickets are nonrefundable, except in the case of a cancelled event.

ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair seating, with up to three companion seats per wheelchair space, is available for all Stanford Live performances, at every price level. Please indicate your needs when purchasing tickets so that an appropriate location can be reserved for you.

Assisted listening devices are available for Stanford Live performances. Please visit Patron Services prior to the show for more information.

Sign language interpreting is available for Stanford Live performances with five business days’ notice given to the administrative office—call 650.723.2551 or e-mail us at [email protected].

Large-p rint programs are available with 72 hours’ notice given to the administrative office. Please send all requests to [email protected].

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be aware that all events start at the time indicated on the ticket. Patrons arriving after curtain time will be seated at a suitable interval in the program or at intermission. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performances to find parking, have a drink or a snack at our new café, and locate your seat before the show begins.

SPECIAL nEEDS & SEATInG REQuESTS

Please indicate any special needs or seating requests when you order. If the seating section you requested is no longer available at the time your order is filled, we will seat you in the best available seats in the next lower-priced section. If any performance you request happens to be sold out, we will still fill your order for the remaining performances you requested.

Stanford Live is committed to providing quality cultural experiences for audience members of all ages, but some performances may not be suitable for young children. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket. Please inform the Box Office personnel if you will be attending with a child so that they can assist you in making the best seating selection.

Exchanges can be made for another performance during the current season pending availability. If ticket exchanges are for a lower-priced ticket, the difference in price becomes a tax-deductible donation. You can also donate your tickets and be eligible for a tax deduction.

Ticket exchanges may be completed up to one business day before the performance date; donations must be received by the Box Office no later than one hour before the stated performance time. Tickets for past or missed performances may not be exchanged or donated.

As a courtesy to the artists and your fellow audience members we ask that you turn off all cell phones and any other light illuminating or sound emitting devices before the performance. Also, please note the use of cameras—including cell phone cameras— and recording devices is strictly prohibited.

The primary restrooms are located on the stage level, easily accessible by going down the stairs at Doors C and F or by using the lobby elevator near the Information desk. Additional restrooms are located on the lobby level across from Door D near the café.

LOBBY & hOuSE

The Bing lobby and box office open 60 minutes prior to the performance. Auditorium doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain for the audience to locate their seats.

CELL PhOnE SERVICE

Due to the design of the building, there is limited cell phone service at Bing Concert Hall, especially in the auditorium. Medical professionals and others who may need to be reached during a concert can either check their cell phone or pager device, or direct outside callers to call the Patron Services desk, along with their seat location, at the Patron Services desk at 650.725.3095. The desk is located across the lobby from Door F at the Coat Check / Information area.

Alumni Café On weeknights only, enjoy a pre-concert dinner or a glass of wine at The Café at the Arrillaga Alumni Center, just a five-minute walk to Bing Concert Hall. The café

features market fresh California cuisine, expertly prepared with seasonal ingredients, and a tasteful selection of fine wines. The menu features gourmet sandwiches and salads, lively antipasto dishes, and, depending on the performance schedule, a chef ’s table with daily specials of pasta, meats, and seafood. Pre-performance dining begins 90 minutes before curtain. Seating is limited and a reservation is strongly suggested.
