Transgression Park is already a recognised and established brand all over the globe and regularly attract participants from

Australia, USA, Europe, The Middle East and all over the UK.

Transgression Park is currently used by extreme sports athletes and all levels

of participants in the sports of BMX, Scoot, Skate, Inline and MTB for which we offer open sessions as well as lessons and Progression

Sessions (where we bring the top athletes in their field to the park and our customers get to ride with their heroes, progress and feel

great about their chosen sport).

Transgression Park hosts local and regional competitions, offers summer camps,birthday parties and private hires. We are also working on programs offering

extreme sports to every school child in Edinburgh and the Lothians as an alternative to traditional team sports.

The current Skatepark attracts over 70,000 visitors per annum and

with this new improved design and additional space this will grow to well over 100,000 visitors per annum.

East Coast Riders is a retail shop that will cater for all wheeled requirementsfor Ozone customers, stocking and repairing all scooter, skateboard and skate

brands and products.

They will also be the biggest bike shop in the Lothians offering a full range of bikes from kids to adults, BMX, MTB, Racing, Hybrid and all

associated accessories. East Coast Riders also offer equipment servicing, repairs and maintenance on all types of bikes and

scooters by their highly trained staff. Being part of Ozone action sports centre and a premier cycle destination that

already attracts 300,000 visitors per annum ECR will keep Edinburgh and the Lothians rolling.

Sky High Café is Ozone’s refuelling stop and is a fantastic diner type experience offering good locally sourced fresh food with both table service and takeaway available.

In addition to the fantastic value formoney main menu there will also be tasty weekly specials. There will be a full range of hot and cold drinks and the coffee is definitely the best in the Lothians.

The summer BBQ’s are legendary.

Everyones Hall is our 1,400ft private hirehall that is available to everyone on anhourly hire. With options such as ameeting room for clubs to have theirAGM, new product launches, film premiers,yoga, hip hop & dance classes, zumba andfitness classes, pottery, birthday parties, artclasses, media classes and every other useyou would need a hall for.

We estimate that this hall, even with only4 bookings (for 25 participants) each dayand based on a 60% take up rate will bringin another 20,000 plus visitors.

Midi-Drome This will be a world’s first. Followingon from the Olympic level Velodrome and thehugely successful Red Bull Minidrome and streetdrome we are going to build a permanent under cover Midi-Drome. There will be bowled corners and banked middles,not as extreme as an Olympic Velodrome but stillthrilling for bikes to race round. The flat bottomwill have a roller derby track round it which candouble up for additional uses such as family skatedays, zorb balls and Nerf events. This will bring in many additional cyclists, rollerderby teams and families all of which we estimate to bring in an additional 20,000 plus visitors.

Pump Track Course Our pump course isgoing to be a hard surface one like thisone in Switzerland.

The Pump Track can be used by all levelsof cyclists and by every type of bike aswell as all scooters, skateboards andSkates. There are currently no pump tracks like this in the UK and with its beginner to professional multiple-wheeled use it will attract many varied users. This will also be a great gentle way forthe school programs to get started onextreme sports.

Mega Mini Ramp We are planning to build an undercover 200ft long mini ramp with bowled corners which will the biggest mini ramp in the world and will have different heights ranging from 6 foot to 12 foot vert.

Due to the uniqueness of this ramp it will attract participants from near and far and will be sought after for specific events and competitions.

Dirt Jumps We will have beginner,intermediate and advanced levelsof dirt jumps attracting theadrenaline chasing MTB scene as well as all levels of bike riders.

Log Cabin Accommodation There willbe log cabins situated in the grounds thatwill be available to rent per night and as the base for our summer camps. The summer camps will attract campers over the summer months from all around the world similar to woodward.com

With all attractions combined Ozone Action Sports centre will attract over 500,000 engaged visitors annually. For locals and those from afar we will be the heart of
