MISSION PROJECT FOR DECEMBER

Food for EMBC Christmas baskets will be collected during the month of

December. See needed food list on Welcome Center or the Mission

board. We will collect food for baskets and Lottie Moon offering during the

am service on December 9th. Other food items can be placed on the mission

table. If you’d like to give money for fresh items or donate a turkey/ham,

see Dottie Gist or Pat Wellman.

Referrals for Christmas baskets are on the Welcome Center. Deadline for

referrals is December 12th . Delivery will be Thursday December 20th.

EMBC collected 140 Operation Christmas Shoeboxes.

We continue to collect pull tabs, education labels, plastic tops, and old

eyeglasses for missions. Collection boxes are in the mission area behind

the Welcome Center.

Christmas Cards for Veterans

The Owensboro-Daviess County Convention & Visitors Bureau is asking

people in the community to bring in signed Christmas cards to be

delivered to veterans in area senior living facilities and nursing home.

The envelopes should be addressed to “Service Member” “Honored

Veteran” or “American Hero”. You can add a note thanking them for

their service to our country or for protecting our freedom, etc. You may

want to make this a Sunday school project. (PLEASE SIGN THE

CARD) There will be a collection box in the Missions area.

Last collection date will be December 12th. If questions see Dottie Gist.

MISSION PROJECT FOR DECEMBER

Food for EMBC Christmas baskets will be collected during the month of

December. See needed food list on Welcome Center or the Mission

board. We will collect food for baskets and Lottie Moon offering during the

am service on December 9th. Other food items can be placed on the mission

table. If you’d like to give money for fresh items or donate a turkey/ham,

see Dottie Gist or Pat Wellman.

Referrals for Christmas baskets are on the Welcome Center. Deadline for

referrals is December 12th . Delivery will be Thursday December 20th.

EMBC collected 140 Operation Christmas Shoeboxes.

We continue to collect pull tabs, education labels, plastic tops, and old

eyeglasses for missions. Collection boxes are in the mission area behind

the Welcome Center.

Christmas Cards for Veterans

The Owensboro-Daviess County Convention & Visitors Bureau is asking

people in the community to bring in signed Christmas cards to be

delivered to veterans in area senior living facilities and nursing home.

The envelopes should be addressed to “Service Member” “Honored

Veteran” or “American Hero”. You can add a note thanking them for

their service to our country or for protecting our freedom, etc. You may

want to make this a Sunday school project. (PLEASE SIGN THE

CARD) There will be a collection box in the Missions area.

Last collection date will be December 12th. If questions see Dottie Gist.

MISSION PROJECT FOR DECEMBER

Food for EMBC Christmas baskets will be collected during the month of

December. See needed food list on Welcome Center or the Mission

board. We will collect food for baskets and Lottie Moon offering during the

am service on December 9th. Other food items can be placed on the mission

table. If you’d like to give money for fresh items or donate a turkey/ham,

see Dottie Gist or Pat Wellman.

Referrals for Christmas baskets are on the Welcome Center. Deadline for

referrals is December 12th . Delivery will be Thursday December 20th.

EMBC collected 140 Operation Christmas Shoeboxes.

We continue to collect pull tabs, education labels, plastic tops, and old

eyeglasses for missions. Collection boxes are in the mission area behind

the Welcome Center.

Christmas Cards for Veterans

The Owensboro-Daviess County Convention & Visitors Bureau is asking

people in the community to bring in signed Christmas cards to be

delivered to veterans in area senior living facilities and nursing home.

The envelopes should be addressed to “Service Member” “Honored

Veteran” or “American Hero”. You can add a note thanking them for

their service to our country or for protecting our freedom, etc. You may

want to make this a Sunday school project. (PLEASE SIGN THE

CARD) There will be a collection box in the Missions area.

Last collection date will be December 12th. If questions see Dottie Gist.

Referrals for Christmas baskets are on the Welcome Center. Deadline for

referrals is December 12th . Delivery will be Thursday December 20th.

EMBC collected 140 Operation Christmas Shoeboxes.

We continue to collect pull tabs, education labels, plastic tops, and old

eyeglasses for missions. Collection boxes are in the mission area behind

the Welcome Center.

Christmas Cards for Veterans

The Owensboro-Daviess County Convention & Visitors Bureau is asking

people in the community to bring in signed Christmas cards to be

delivered to veterans in area senior living facilities and nursing home.

The envelopes should be addressed to “Service Member” “Honored

Veteran” or “American Hero”. You can add a note thanking them for

their service to our country or for protecting our freedom, etc. You may

want to make this a Sunday school project. (PLEASE SIGN THE

CARD) There will be a collection box in the Missions area.

Last collection date will be December 12th. If questions see Dottie Gist.
