Air Cargo Optimization (ACO) - 2Chart Plan for Air Plane- You can build a chart plan that fills an air plane with as many cargos as possible through ‘Chart Plan*’
modules of the CubeMaster ACO.
- Just select your air plane and you can see a chart plan with graphical diagram
<Conceptual View on Chart Plan>
Step 1: Select your air plane Step 2: ULD & air pallets are searched from database
Step 3: Chart plan is generated automatically

Load TypesMix Loading
Finds the min number of vehicles needed to load different SKU types with different order quantities.
Single LoadingFinds the max number of loads of single SKU type in a single vehicle.
Set LoadingFinds the max number of loads in a single vehicle to load different SKU types with different set ratio, for example air-conditioner and audio sets.
Multi-Set LoadingFinds the min number of vehicles needed to load different SKU types with different set ratio and order quantities.
2-Stages LoadingYou can make pallet loads with single or mix cartons and then load trucks and containers with them. You can also mix the pallets and cartons together in a same load .

Load Rules
SKU OrientationsControls the SKU orientations. You can use directional signs on each orientation, and control to allow turning on the bottom of vehicle.
Max Stacks on each OrientationControls maximum stacks on each orientation. For example if a SKU should be located on the bottom of container less than 2 layers with orientation 1 and 2, the max stacks of both the orientation 1 and 2 should be 2.
Orientations PriorityEven if all orientations are permitted, you can give a priority to them. Below picture shows the blue SKU is loaded with primary orientation in front spaces and others in rear spaces.
Orientation 1 is used as the
primary orientation
Other orientations are used in
remaining spaces

Load Rules - 2
Loading SequenceYou can give loading sequence to handle multiple stops and priority loading. The SKUs with the smaller loading sequences will be stowed earlier than ones with larger sequences starting from the front area to door (rear) side of the container. The left figure shows loads where the blue, green and yellow are loaded sequentially with priorities.
GroupingUse the group to load according to drop off or with same order kept together.SKUs of the same group will be loaded keeping together and different groups will separate in a container. The left figure shows loads where Group 1 and 2 are separated (Group 1 is blue types and 2 is red).

Load Rules - 3
Stacking OrdersYou can control the vertical locations on stacking. Stacking order can be used to prevent heavy boxes from being put on top of light boxes or put pallets on top of pallets with exactly same sizes.
Limit SKU types per VehicleIt controls the max number of SKU types when mix-load with different types of SKUs. It allows the user to control the complexity of loads. Below 2 figures show the difference of max 4 and 3 types of SKUs.
Stack Value=1
Stack Value=2
Stack Value=3

Load Rules - 4
Balance ControlUse 4 rules to make full load into the remaining vehicles after initial load.Next Vehicles Exchanging: Changes the vehicles of lower space utilization with next smaller vehiclesOrder Pulling: Fills the vehicles of lower space utilization with the packages of next ordersOrder Rounding-Down: Drop the vehicle of lower space utilization (Total shipping amount decreased)Order Rounding-Up: Fills the vehicles of lower space utilization with the packages existing in the vehicles (Total shipping amount increased)
Piece Count of SKUUse the piece count for specific SKU. For example, a new ship case called BOX has 12 cans inside. You will enter 12 as the piece count when defining BOX as a new SKU. When you add a quantity of 100 BOX to the load list, the total piece count will indicate 1200 cans.
No Turning on the Bottom of VehicleEven when all orientations permitted, control allowance of the turning orientations on the bottom of vehicle.

Load Rules - 5
Partial Load through LockingYou can lock loads or vehicles to prevent them from changing next load. Through this rule, you can make a partial loads and fleets plan.
Change Vehicle Type on the flyWithout reloading all vehicles, you can replace the specific vehicle with another type with just one-click.
Loose ItemBreaks up pallet loads and load the SKUs in the pallet as loose items to fill vacant space in the vehicle.
Limit Load Weight and VolumeControls total loads not exceed the maximum weight and volume of the vehicle. It allows the user for example to equally divide the boxes among the available containers.
Axle Weight and Center of GravityAxle weight and exact location of center of gravity for all loads are calculated automatically.
Center of Gravity
Axle Weight
