YOUR VISIONGet clear on your ideal business. What does it look like? Feel like? Sound like? Really build up your big vision, and don't settle for less. Make it big and scary. No one else needs to see this.
Take at least a half hour to do this vision. You can write it out by hand or in a file on your computer.
YOUR ACTIONSWrite down all the actions you can think of that you will need to take to achieve your big vision. Create an action plan with everything you need to do, big and small. Don't worry if you don't know every single thing you need to do this … is all about bringing up new fears.
YOUR FEARS, AGAINNow, look over that list and ask yourself: what might stop you from completing these tasks? Which action steps scare you? Which tasks do you balk at doing? Write them down, along with any related fears that come up.
Review your big vision and ask: why won't you achieve this vision? What fears come up for you? Write them down.

INNER WORKDo the inner work to reprogram your beliefs/fears. Find a technique that works at the subconscious level, like PSYCH-K®, NLP, EFT, or TAT … or something else. Find the best technique for you, something you feel comfortable with and that gets quick results.
SPIRAL UP THE STAIRSRemember that once you've done the work to change your beliefs and release your fears, things may change for you.
Go back and revisit the process. Look at who you are, and what fears are left. Review your big vision and see if you can make it even bigger. Add to your action plan, and then see what new fears come up from the process. Work on them. :)
