Resistant to water, oil and chemicals there’s no splintering or corrosiveness. These tough and durable pads can withstand extreme vertical pressure and will adapt to the contours of uneven terrain – but will spring back to its original shape after use!

Light and easy to handle, they can be carried, positioned and stored with minimal effort. Our premium pads are available in a range of sizes, both square and circular and come with the option to personalise.

Helpful hint: Order larger pads as circulars as they’re easier to roll into position.

HI-PRO PADS

HI-PRO PADSWhen working on expensive floors, such as marble or oak, you want reassurance that when the work is done you haven’t left any scratches or scuffs behind. Our Hi-Pro outrigger pads provide complete protection, without compromising the durability and stability benefits of a standard pad.

The integrated non-marking rubber base makes our Hi-Pro pads ideal for use on high value floors in hotels, shopping centres, stately homes and business centres. The top surface is made of high quality, high density polyethylene (HDPE), complete with a 5mm-10mm recess for easy positioning of the outrigger foot.

Our Hi-Pro pads in Hi-Viz yellow are perfect for working in pedestrianised areas.

HI-VIZ PADS

HI-VIZ PADSDesigned to be used in public areas, our high visibility outrigger pads alert pedestrians passing close by to the potential trip hazard of outrigger pads. Like our economy range, our Hi-Viz pads are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE), and offer tough and stable support for outrigger feet and jack legs.

These bright yellow pads are commonly used in parking areas, shopping centres, pavements, roadsides and pedestrianised walkways, but can be used in any application where potential hazards may occur.

Typically used within the following industries: forestry, facilities management, highways and utility companies.

RECESSED PADS

RECESSED PADSDoes your stabiliser or outrigger foot extend down diagonally? This is typical of spider mounted platforms, rough terrain scissor lifts and vehicle mounts, where the extending legs apply sideways pressure when contacting with the outrigger pad, often making it difficult to place the foot centrally.

Our range of recessed pads have a machined recess of between 300mm and 350mm diameter, and a depth of between 4mm and 10mm that helps contain the foot, keeping it centred and reducing potential slippage. Built from high quality materials, you can expect excellent support and reliability as standard.

CRANE PADSDesigned to support the heaviest of loads with the flexibility to manoeuvre and use in various configurations, our crane pads offer the perfect solution for large scale crane lifting. Manufactured to our premium pad specification – high quality UHMW polyethylene – our crane pads offer excellent durability and rigidity, reducing the overall pressure being directed at the ground and effectively supporting the equipment.

STOWAGE HOLSTERS

We stock a range of lightweight, fully galvanized stowage holsters to transport your outrigger pads. Our holsters can be bolted to the vehicle, platform or crane for safe and secure stowage of the pads to your place of work.

Each stowage holster has space to store two pads and is supplied complete with mounting brackets and locking pin.
