The Outreach Symposium is a collaborative event hosted by

CheckUP and the Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health

Council (QAIHC) to showcase best practice models that are

delivering health care services to people in rural and remote

Queensland.

Hear first hand from providers about their successes in

delivering Outreach services throughout the state.

The Symposium will bring together managers and health care

leaders to discuss opportunities to apply successful service

delivery models in other regions of Queensland.

Participate in networking opportunities to make new

connections and develop relationships with health care

organisations.

Photo Competition: Winners Announced

Celebrating Outreach through Photos

As part of the Outreach celebration, CheckUP is excited

to announce we are launching a photo competition with

the finalists' photos to be displayed at the cocktail

reception. The winners for each category will be decided

and announced at the celebration event.

The photo competition is open to all Outreach providers

and stakeholders. The categories are:

Human Interest

Landscape

Selfie

There will also be a prize for the photo with the most

Facebook likes, so make sure you share your photo and

capture as many ‘likes’ as you can!

How to Enter:

Visit the event link below and read full terms

and conditions

Submit your photo by email. All photos must

be received by 5pm 6 November 2015.

Entrants must nominate which category they

wish to enter.

Finalist photos will be displayed at the

Symposium on 13 November.

All photos will be displayed on the CheckUP

Facebook page to capture ‘likes’.

Symposium delegates will vote for

the winner of each category at the

event.

Finalists will be asked to prepare and share

the story behind their photo at the

Symposium, which highlights their Outreach

working experience.
