SOLUTION:

1. Click Start � control panel�Mail�Show profile�Add� Type office365� OK

2. Click on Manually configure… Radio button as shown below.

4. Click on the Microsoft Exchange or compatible service radio button.

5. Add the server name as pod51054.outlook.com and ADID in the username field.

6. Click on MoreSettings.

7. Choose the Automatically detect connection state radio button (This option will not be available in

Outlook 2013)

8. Remove the Check box at Download Shared folders.

9. Choose Anonymous Authentication from the Logon network security dropdown menu.

10. In the connection Tab, choose third radio button which says Connect using IE’s or a 3rd party dialer.

11. Enable the checkbox Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP and click on Exchange Proxy Settings.

12. Add outlook.office365.com after https://

13. Enter msstd:outlook.com in the next box.

14. Choose Basic Authentication in the last dropdown on this popup window and click on OK.

15. Click on Apply and Ok� Click on check Name� Type userid@wipro.com AND PWD � Next �

Finish.
