The backwards baseball cap was use to create a rebellious vibe, also to connect with the readers clothing style so they can relate.

The open leather jacket is worn by my model to connote edginess, also it goes along with the R&B style.

I put my model in ripped jeans as they are ‘popular’ at the moment, this makes my model look like a trend setter helping the audience with the latest style worn by my model.

The crop top I used on my model is quirky and suits the R&B genre, it shows skin which a lot of artists tend to do, this could be popular with males and females.

I dyed the bottom of my models hair pink, this draws attention to the model and shows uniqueness, its also edgy and daring.

I put my model in high chunky boots because I wanted her to appear taller and look rebellious.

The colour scheme was black because it looks dangerous and the model looks intimidating.

• The outfit I chose for my model was based on R&B women who look powerful and strong, this outfit was used to convince my audience that this model is an R&B artist, the poses she did was to replicate other women in this genre, the moody, staring poses gives the effect of rebellion which is found in this genre of music a lot with the music lyrics and clothing styles.• Similarly, my target audience will want to be like the people of the

cover, therefore including long shots of my model gives the audience tips on what the wear.

Front cover photo, why?

I used this photo for my front cover because the model has her sleeves rolled up looking as if she's cool and edgy. Looking off camera gives her a sense of mystery and will intrigue the audience. The backwards base ball caps gives a sense of rebellion as well as the little smirk on her face. Intriguing the audience will make them want to know more about this artist.

I used a different brick background with graffiti on it to give a more urban setting to go along with the genre of music, the brick is also straight on in comparison the photo on the left where the photo has been took at an angle and isn’t straight.
