Specialty Lighting Rate Info

The Cooperative may, at its discretion, provide other lighting fixtures and poles as requested by the Member.

The monthly charges shall be derived based upon the Cooperative’s average investment per lamp for the project.

In order to arrive at the average investment per lamp, the Cooperative will estimate its total installation cost, including materials, labor, and overheads, and divide it by the number of lamps included in the project.

The BEMC Investment shall be the Cooperative’s projected total investment, including material costs, installation costs, and normal overheads, less any contribution-in-aid of construction paid by the Member.

All requests for Specialty Lighting to be referred to the Lighting Supervisor for quote.
