CNC Laser Cutting Paiting ProcessDegreaser Sand Blasting

Hig Carbon SteelComposition of 0.55%-0.95% carbon, with 0.30%-0.90% manga-nese. It is very strong and holds shape memory and resistense. Our manufacturing process is very similar to what you might see from some of the large domestic playground manufacturers. For cutting our stell, we utilize a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Cutting ma-chine, which helps us improve accuracy, efficiency and production.

Degreaser and Sand BlasterFirst we use a non- phosporous degreasing agent to remove all oils. Then comes the rotary automatic high-speed sandblasting machine. This is to de-rust any surface rust, but also helps to eliminate any welding stress and improves the adhesions of the powder coating.

Powder CoatingOur powder coating includes a UV stabilzer, thicker coat of paint over the welds, and then goes through a rigorous 800 Salt Spray Test.

Bearing DiagramOur bearing is assembled with hydraulic equipment, which avoids being over- tightened before it ships out, is dust and waterproof, and completed with anti- theft/tampering cap.

Surface MountSurface mounted using any of the two broad types of anchor sys-tems: post-installed anchors and cast-in-place anchors.

In-Ground MountIn-ground mounted are embedded into a concrete base, approxi-mately 6-10’’ below ground level.
