The makers

• My group, Jimmy, Lleyton and Charles were the makers, the objectives of the makers were to make the doe and the toppings. We make different toppings and we might have different type of doe that is less time consuming for the upcoming weeks. So for the upcoming weeks my group will be making the doe and adding the toppings for the next couple of weeks.

Week 1 reflection

• This week was my first week, Although my and my pizza making skills were not up to par, and my first test pizza looked like a deformed and I forgot some of the ingredients, we got all the ingredients, to me our pizza was a little plane and boring to make but the bakers were a little slow getting in the oven and cooking the pizzas but either from that we did good but sadly we didn’t make a profit but all the pizzas we didn’t sell we got to eat so it was good for us, and most importantly we didn’t have our best maker Lleyton wasn’t there on the day.

Week 2 • What was done $ why? We made a different pizza type called

Gozelma I think it worked and everyone who bought it was satisfied.• What worked & why? The gozelma worked well and my pizza

making skills were good.• What went wrong why & how did I fix it? Lleyton’s pizza making

skills and he stopped after the first 3 pizzas he made.• Problems you avoided completed & how? We didn’t have many

problems but the bakers picked up the pace a bit so we weren’t as slack.

Week 2 Reflection

• The second week we had was much better for me and my group because had Lleyton was back so we could make more pizza in a quicker amount of time. We almost made a profit we were 18 cents off! We also made a new pizza called Gozelma. My pizza making skills have improved a lot, my pizza was actually taking shape and wasn’t all over the shop and I memorised all the ingredients so I didn’t forget to put chesses on or another topping like that.

Week 3 • What was done $ why? Pizza dogs worked because it was our first profit that

we’ve had as a group.• What worked & why? The piazzas were perfect and no screw ups in our group.• What went wrong why & how did I fix it? The pizza dogs were a bit of a

challenge but I personally got the hang of making them. • Problems you avoided completed & how? The bakers were slow baking the

pizza dogs and the apple pizzas which means we had a lot of dough waiting around, some points we were waiting for 5-10 minutes just for one tray and which lead to insects going on maybe going for a feed and could potentially spread disease (over exaggerating.)

Week 3 reflection • This week I will address that we made a $30 profit. Again my skills

have improved on my skills and we made two new recipes, a apple pizza and a pizza dogs, the pizza dog, the pizza dogs were a big seller and a big demand which was good because to me and Lleyton they were a big challenge to make plus we had our own signature moves between our cooking group, the apple one didn’t sell very much I enjoyed making the pizzas, I underestimated it, I thought it would be a cakewalk but it was a very big challenge and through out the course I got better at it and it looked more appealing and appetizing.

Irrigation system

• Irrigation is gardening is when we go out in a 4 man group and go weeding, replacing appliances and installing new things.

Page 11: Outdoor cooking and gardening

Week 5 • What was done $ why? We drilled a brick to make way for the pipes

so the drainage can water the plants. • What worked & why? My groups coordination skills• What went wrong why & how did I fix it? We got the drill stuck but

half and hour we got it out.• Problems you avoided completed & how? We had a individual in the

group, he has a short attention spaned and got bored and walked off to do something else and didn’t contribute to the work that me and my group was doing.

Week 5 reflection

• This week we this was our first week doing irrigation, we had a task that the other group has being doing, we had to drill out a brick out of the garden and put a bendable pipe in there so we can water the plants. It took us 2 periods to do, since one of our group members were walking and talking to everyone we only had 3 people actually doing the work.

• Halfway through we got the drill stuck, it was caused by someone drilling straight down instead of trimming the edges, it took us half an hour to get it out. We finally saw the light and put the pipe in.
