Projects are naturally iterative processes focused on executing efficiently what is previously identified as scope and planned.

● Unlike planning, execution requires careful distribution of tasks over time.

Coaching

We coach to improve ability to learn through sessions and engaging activities, we make easier to acquire knowledge and skills which enable you to reach any goal.

We use ownCloud as collaboration tool and repository to grant privacy and accessibility of information.

● You receive a user and password and the ability to sync and connect using WebDAV.

Files

For every project we share a folder and we name it with a single letter.

● You may sync on your desktop, on mobile devices or via WebDAV, once you login follow the wizard.

Access on Windows

If you wish to access files directly on Windows use Explorer to map a drive, right-click on Computer entry and select Map network drive... from the drop-down menu. Choose a local network drive to which you want to map ownCloud. Specify the address of the server in the Server Address field.

Access on MAC

If you wish to access files directly on MAC through the Finder choose Go > Connect to Server. When the “Connect to Server” window opens specify the address of the server in the Server Address field and connect to your ownCloud share.

If you wish to access files directly on Linux use Nautilus File Manager, with davs:// protocol and connect to your ownCloud share.

Schedule

For every phase of a project we share a calendar properly named.

● To sync with your favorite software, check the CalDAV connectivity and paste the link as described, use your credentials.

Conversations

For each project we create a group of users for the team.

● USE THE INTERNAL CONVERSATION TO KEEP TRACK OF IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION.

Notebook

For each project we create a ZIM Wiki notebook and we share it with the team.

● This notebook trace all we do and learn, remains for you as knowledge base and a website.

● WE SHARE WHAT WE LEARN.

Create your notebook

● To create your own notebook login to ownCloud and add a folder.

● Share the folder with your team , don't give “can edit” permission.

● Launch ownCloud sync.● Run ZIM Wiki to create the

notebook, place it in your shared folder.

Sticky notes

For your convenience we provide simple note taking in ownCloud and sync for sticky notes with Tomboy.

● WE CAPTURE IDEAS BEFORE THEY GET AWAY.

Polls

We use polls to take fair decision on topics or date.

● You may distribute as public link also to people involved but not registered as user.

● SET ALWAYS A DEADLINE TO YOUR POLLS.

Cloud sharing or Federation

If you own a collaboration platform and is ready for cloud sharing or federation we will be happy to activate it.

● Review options from the official documentation.

● FEDERATION IS THE FUTURE OF CLOUD.

Cost control

For each project we create a simplified view of the plan where you see effort and cost.

● THE DETAILED PLAN IS A STANDARD GANTT.

From the employee we see personal information, projects assigned to and personal productivity of every consultant.– Value appearing in the upper right corner are

calculated for all projects, every worked hour is calculated by the proper rate and sum is shown.

● In this case Artie Ziff worked already 62 hours and Ziff Corp likely earned 2.325 euro out of his effort.

● WE MAKE KEEP THESE NUMBERS CONSISTENT WITH THE OFFICIAL GANTT.

For each project we have a customer we bill, in this view we record all meaningful information.– A customer may have more projects, here we see

bills, totals and last worked week.

● We consider % for taxes or discount and we can manage billing on a weekly or monthly base.

● In this case Southern Cracker received already bills for 7.100 euro, week 9 is last worked week.

In the task view we control the work done so far for each task. For every task we assign a WBS code -in agreement with you- and we estimate hours of work and cost.– The rate shown is a calculated field to help

project manager on filling data.

● Here collecting papers, reviewing and writing As-Is document took up to now 116 hours and a cost for Southern Cracker of 2.900 euro.
