Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi (1746 - 1827) was a Swiss pedagogue.
Pestalozzi advocated a holistic approach to teaching and learning: Children learn better when they combine intellect, emotion, and practical action: learning with "head, hand and heart.“
His goal was "to strengthen the people" and to promote in its ability "to be able to help themselves."
Help me to do it myself, with hand head and heart!
We learn in the sense Pestalozzi with head, heart and hand. We want a school to feel
comfortable with variable focal points for children and families to be our neighborhood.
