Established in 1986, Metalman Auto Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing of Sheet metal, Tubular and Light &
Heavy Fabricated Assemblies, Sub-Assemblies, Parts with all types of Surface Treatments in-house such as Ni-
Cr, Zn-Ni Plating, Powder Coating, Spray Painting, ACED/KTL Painting etc.
Ÿ Metalman is an ISO- TS 16949/ ISO- 14001/ OHSAS 18001:2007 certified company
Ÿ From First plant in 1986, Metalman has grown to establish 8-plants (incl. Engineering Centre) with addition of 2
sister concerns auto-parts manufacturing units along with a JV.
Ÿ With strength of 2500 employees across all Indian plants which includes more than 250 engineers, catering to
Automotive Sector as Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to Indian and Overseas OEMS.
Ÿ Engineering Centre – Inhouse development for new parts, Tool and Fixture Design, VAVE/ ECN for cost and
process optimization, Co- designing of new & existing components, Benchmarking and reverse engineering.
Equipped with - 4 Stations of PRO-E, CREO 3.0; CREO- Fatigue Advisor Software; CREO- Tolerance Analysis
Software; Auto CAD; 3D Laser Scanner and other facilities for Proto development.
Ÿ Specialized in process – SPM and Robotic (6 Axis) MIG /Spot welding, CNC Pipe Bending (6-Axis), 3D Laser
cutting, CNC Press Break, Hydraulic and mechanical Stamping up-to 600T Press, Radial Drilling machines,
SPM notching of Tubular Head rest, Machining Centers ( General and SPM), CNC Wire Cut and fully
automated plants for various surface finishes as per customer specs.
Ÿ Welding SPM and Fixtures – In-house Design, development & manufacturing for MIG welding and Spot
Welding Assemblies for sheet metal and tubular parts. Notching and draw SPM for tubular head rest.
