Our Mission:

The overall mission of the Arkansas Racetrack Chaplaincy (ARTC), through its council and Chaplains, is to make disciples for Jesus Christ through teach-ing, preaching and ministering to the spiritual, emotional, physical, social and educational needs of those persons involved in all aspects of the racing industry.

The ARTC is to bring God’s grace and salvation to the people of the horse racing industry so they may accept Je-sus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

With faith, hope and love of our Lord, passion for racing and the love of the horses, we unite together as one.
