Our Vision At TSWSC is committed to being conscious of our values both individual- ly and as a team: To ensure that all community members are embraced and respected for their contributions to, and enrichment of, our community. To provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed services To be healthy and promote a healing work environment To promote a fiscally stable work enterprise To advance client and staff multiethnic diversity To be willing to explore and develop proficiencies in innovative methods of helping To be committed to learning and teaching 2018 Annual Report “Therapy caters to each individual and their specific goals. Therapy can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue, or longer -term, addressing more complex issues or ongoing personal growth.”- Kathy Tidwell (founder) Psychotherapy / Counseling Community Based Rehabilitation Services & Case Management Peer Support Family Peer Support Training & Consultation Community Building & Healing Women’s Empowerment Pay It Forward Social Integration Healing & Rebuilding Our Communities Mental Health and Community-based Services 2018 Accomplishments Successfully transition our entire workforce to Em- ployees from Independent contractors without reduc- ing individual wages. This has helped provide more stability for the TSWSC team and incentivized effort and good work ethic. PTO, mileage and administrative pay introduced. Our Annual Fundraiser (2018 theme—Persian Night in Boise) was a huge success!! With the help of gener- ous donors and community partners, we were able to raise $7746 to support our Community Building and Healing Programs.

2018 Accomplishments
