Our Vision At TSWSC is committed to being conscious of our values both individual- ly and as a team: To ensure that all community members are embraced and respected for their contributions to, and enrichment of, our community. This has helped provide more stability for the TSWSC team and incentivized effort and good work ethic. PTO, mileage and administrative pay introduced. Our Annual Fundraiser (2018 theme—Persian Night in Boise) was a huge success!! With the help of gener- ous donors and community partners, we were able to raise $7746 to support our Community Building and Healing Programs.

2018 Accomplishments

Successfully transition our entire workforce to Em-

ployees from Independent contractors without reduc-

ing individual wages. This has helped provide more

stability for the TSWSC team and incentivized effort
