Linda Schack, M.D.Medical Director
Dr. Schack has been treating teenagers
and young adults with eating disorders for
more than 20 years. She is one of only a
handful of adolescent medicine specialists
in the country who see teens and young
adults in private practice. Dr. Schack
has supervised the care of patients with
eating disorders in outpatient, residential,
and hospital settings. She is a lecturer
at local teaching hospitals and has been
an invited speaker at regional, national,
and international eating disorders
conferences. Dr. Schack is certified
by the American Board of Pediatrics
Sub-board of Adolescent Medicine.
Lindsey Brucker, M.D.
Dr. Brucker is a board-certified internist
and adolescent/young adult medicine
specialist. She received her undergraduate
degree from Cornell University and
medical degree from Tulane University.
After her residency in internal medicine at
the University of New Mexico, Dr. Brucker
completed a fellowship in adolescent
medicine at Children’s Hospital Los
Angeles. In addition to her work in the
Medical Stabilization Program, Dr. Brucker
also sees office patients as part of the
Torrance Memorial Physician Network,
where she focuses on primary care, eating
disorders, and reproductive health. Dr.
Brucker is passionate about helping her
patients lead happy, healthy lives.
