Organizational culture is the sum total of both formal and informal values and beliefs that influence how people be- have and work each day. Given the transformational nature of Renew ‘22, the Renew ‘22 Executive Team determined that, in addition to the core values established in 2017, a critical set of skills, abilities or behaviors were needed to help the organization navigate the culture change needed and produce the results envisioned.
COSB’s transformative behaviors are designed to ensure that individuals build the skills necessary to enhance the or- ganization’s capacity to proactively address issues and the transformation envisioned with Renew ’22 is sustainable.
COSB TRANSFORMATIVE BEHAVIORS
As you engage with this learning tool, you will find the cur- riculum reinforces the County’s transformative behaviors, which are embedded in our coursework. The transformative behaviors apply to all COSB employees and are aligned with the mission, vision, and values of the County.
