WINTER DIG TO WIN 3v3 Junior Tournament! The tournament will consist of two age divisions:

14 & Under and 15 & Up all Teams Can Have One (1) Adult or Coach

DATE: Sunday, December 28, 2014 Where: NORCO Facility

Cost: $75/team TIME: Registration and Check­in begins at 8:30 a.m.,

Play begins at 9:00 am. Tournament will consist of a Round­Robin format.

NORCO welcomes WhitneyCarlson as our new Youth

Director!The youth program at NORCO has a direct impact onthe heath of the program as a whole. Without building astrong foundation at the younger level, the upper levels

would not be as successful as they are now. Our vision is thatNORCO's youth programs will offer skill development whilemaintaining and encouraging a love for the game. Our goals this yearare to 1)create three levels of the NORCO youth program:Beginners,Intermediate and Middle School players; 2) motivate and encouragethe middle school population to stick with volleyball; and 3) bring newideas to our existing programs while developing new opportunities fora well­rounded youth program.

We are looking forward to our upcoming Volleykidz, All­Star SkillsCamps, Specialized Youth Clinics, Middle School Leagues, YouthLeagues, and Volleyfest! Please feel free to contact me with anyquestions you may have about our youth opportunity.Whitney Carlson

Volley KidzVolleykidz is designed for the younger to intermediate volleyballplayer. The program focuses on basic fundamental skills andtechniques for building a strong volleyball foundation. The practicesinclude instructional skill­based training with some game play built inas well. The program runs for 5 weeks (1x per week for 1.5 hours).Whitney Carlson is NORCO's 11 Black Head Coach in her 4th Year
