    OTX Researchs Commitment to Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online informationpractices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice

    easy to find, we make it available on all pages of our surveys.

    The information we collect:

    a. Survey data: We collect all the data and information you agree to provide during the course of the survey.

    b. Personal data: Personal data are deemed to be any information pertaining to the personal or

    material circumstances of specific or ascertainable natural persons. For example, email address, name, fulladdress etc. are insofar regarded as personal data. As our surveys are for market research purposes only,

    we generally DO NOT collect any personal data. Your email address, name, contact information and other

    personal data may be collected by the organization that invited you to take this market research survey or

    their partner sites before or after this survey. Please be aware that we, OTX Research, are not responsible

    for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site

    and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable

    information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by surveys hosted on the

    http://www.OpinionsHere.com or http://survey.otxresearch.com domains. Our surveys may also redirect

    you to another survey hosted by a client or a third party. We, OTX Research, are not responsible for the

    privacy practices of such other research companies. Although we encourage our clients to post their own

    privacy policies on their site, we encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the

    privacy statements of each and every Web site, whether they collect personally identifiable information or

    not. If you have been invited to take a survey by Survey Exchange, Ampsurveys, or another program

    belonging to OTX Corporation, including its Ampario division, please note that these programs have their

    own privacy policies that you should refer to.

    c. On rare occasions, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information in a survey. For

    any personally identifiable information revealed or collected in the survey process, OTX Research, our

    employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, officers and directors receiving such information (collectively

    the Research Parties) will only use such personally identifiable information for research purposes, or in

    order to contact a potential sweepstakes winner in the research studies that have a related sweepstakes

    program, and will dispose of/ or otherwise render useless the personally identifiable information after such

    research or related sweepstakes is complete. None of the Research Parties will directly re-contact through

    information revealed in the survey, re-sell or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information.

    Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, any of the Research Parties may disclosepersonally identifiable information pursuant to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction or as otherwise

    required by law.

    d. Appended data: We also collect data provided by the website that invited you to take the survey.

    The data may be appended at the end of the survey entry link in a non-encrypted or encrypted form. It

    includes the identity of the survey program that we contracted to invite you to take the survey. It may also

    include some session or membership identifiers in order to record and/or reward your participation. In some

    cases, it may include some demographic information (such as gender or age) stored on your member profile

    on the inviting survey program to check the accuracy of the information provided or to reduce the number of

    questions you need to answer.

    How we use your data

    Your information is used solely for research purposes. We will never try to sell you anything; we are only interested in

    your opinions. When you complete a survey, any information you provide to us is combined with responses given by

    others, analyzed and reported not individually, but only in the aggregate.

    When you take one of our surveys, you may be shown confidential information. In order to protect the integrity and

    confidentiality of our clients' research, you must agree not to reveal any information contained in surveys, and do not

    copy or distribute any video, graphics or other content from the surveys.

    We will not disclose any personally identifiable information (e.g. name, address and other data that identifies you) to

    business partners or third parties unless you agree, in advance, that we may do so, or when required to do so by law,

    or if there is a risk of injury to you, OTX Research or third parties (other individuals, organizations or businesses), or

    to protect our rights or property.

    OTX Research supports the rights of survey takers by limiting the use of their information for legitimate marketing

    research purposes and is conforming to the following organizations created to uphold ethical survey research:

    Advertising Research Foundation (ARF). American Marketing Association(AMA). Marketing Research Association (MRA). Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO). World Association of Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR).

    Usage of cookies and other technologies

    "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer, and are commonly used

    by most Web sites to provide you with an enhanced experience. OTX Research may set and access OTX cookies on

    your computer to let you access our surveys. OTX Research may read third party cookies or other objects that may

    have been set outside of our domains by trusted vendors. Reading these third-party cookies helps our research by

    allowing us to determine whether you have visited the website or have been exposed to the advertising of one of our

    clients. You can have your web browser disable "cookies" but if you turn off"cookies," it is not possible to access our

    surveys. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they enable us to understand the

    surveys you may have taken. Cookies are used for security purposes so that we can recognize your computer and

    prevent malicious users from taking surveys multiple times and affect the statistical validity of our results. No

    personally identifiable information is transmitted via these cookies. We sometimes use other technologies to store

    similar information.

    Like most Web sites, we log the use of our service. This includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type,

    Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks in order to

    administer the site, track aggregate movement, analyze trends, and gather broad demographic information for

    aggregate use. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information.

    Data security

    To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in

    place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect

    online.

    Children's privacy:

    OTX Research conforms to the FTCs Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We never target or

    knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under 13. If we want the opinions of children

    under age 13, we will explicitly ask our partners to invite adult registered respondents and ask them to supervise the

    questions to be asked of the child in their household.
