Oleksandr is both a Massage Therapist and an Osteopathic Manual Practioner. He is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario and the Ontario Federation of Osteopathic Professionals. His goal is to facilitate healing and wellness by helping the body to be more structurally aligned by practising massage and osteopathy in adults, infants and children.

Oleksandr is knowledgeable in various techniques of massage and osteopathic therapies, including neuromuscular techniques, orthopaedic massage, myofascial release techniques, craniosacral therapy, visceral therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. He specializes in treating back pain, frozen shoulders, knee pain, headaches, migraines, dizziness, nausea, digestive problems (IBS, Crohn's disease, gastro intestinal), respiratory problems, peripheral nerve problems (sciatic pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome) irritability, and problems of balance to name a few.

He has extensive knowledge of anatomy, body structure, and function of the human body. This enables him to provide his clients with feedback about their body and how to improve their well being using different methods of exercise and diet. Oleksandr would like the opportunity to begin your journey towards optimal health. 

He speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English, and is able to help anyone who has difficulty understanding the English language.
