Osseolive ® Dental Bone Graft This unique new osteobiologic graft is designed for optimal bone grafting: it works with the body’s natural healing response to stimulate physiologic bone regeneration—without the problems associated with autograft or potential safety risks of allograft. Osseolive Dental is a new class of biomaterials made from bioactive calcium-potassium-sodium- phosphate, a modified and advanced form of tricalcium phosphate. Clinical evaluations have shown excellent bone remodeling with favorable outcomes in implantology and sinus lifts among other indications. When time matters, it's time for Osseolive. The considerable extent of new bone formation after two weeks demonstrates the excellent bioactivity of this material as well as its enhanced stimulatory effect on bone formation. Fig. 2. Osseolive® Dental Bone Graft

This unique new osteobiologic graft is designed for optimal bone grafting: it works with the body’s natural healing response to stimulate physiologic bone regeneration—without the problems associated with autograft or potential safety risks of allograft.

Resorption and Remodeling Osseolive Dental is an osteobiologic that provides rapid resorption and remodeling, as demonstrated in this pre-clinical sheep scapula model. 1

Innovation that Delivers Osteobiologic Solutions.

Results Count2 In a thirty-eight patient sinus lift study, Osseolive "showed excellent bone formation in the sinus floor and that the bone graft had been mostly replaced by newly formed bone at six months.Excellent formation of cancellous bone in the sinus floor with few residual highly degraded Ossseolive particle fragments embedded in the newly formed bone.”

(d–g) histomicrographs of deacrylated sawed section stained immunohistochemically for osteocalcin (yellow arrows – residual ceramic particle fragments embedded in newly formed bone, green arrows – osteogenic mes-enchym with strong osteocalcin expression, black arrows – bone formation at the surface and within the residual degrading calcium alkali orthophosphate particles, which is indicative of the excellent bone bonding behavior of this material as well as of its ability to induce bone for-mation at its surface, ie, its excellent bioactivity
