● Pipette – 1000, 200 and 500 microliter● Tips● Gloves ● Ependroff cups● Solution● Waste containers

RATING SHEET

Advantages

● OSPE – more valid , reliable than conventional exam .

● Examiner to examiner variation decreased ● All students graded by same scale.

Disadvantages

● Costly in terms of resources and time.

Summary

Thus OSPE is a better method for practical examination than conventional .
