Oskar Bell
Oskar Bell Fernández, Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain) 1976. Architect and Art Historian from the University of the Basque Country. He works as a Lecturer at the Polytechnic School of San Sebastian as well as a researcher and building site architect at Santa María Cathedral Foundation since 2007. Especialized in Cultural Heritage Restoration he has also restored several historic buildings along the Basque Country.
