DEMONSTRATION FOR ORTRONIC® GLOBAL EXPANSION

Justifications of the demonstration.

First.- Tesla’s alternating electricity is used today by all people in our planet that have

electricity, even though all professionals, engineers, professors, teachers and technicians

unknown its scientific basis.

1.1. The only current knowledge of Tesla’s electricity, with the sole exception of the

Ortronic® technology, is a mathematical model of unknown author that does not

represent any alternating electricity.

1.2. The theory of the mathematical model is a set of mistakes that do not comply

with the Universal Law of energy conservation, fact justified because only use a small

percentage, less than 10 percent, of the power and energy that exists in the Tesla’s

alternating electricity.

Second.- The main mistakes of the mathematical model are:

2.1. The ideal electric motor is the only one that does not produce work.

2.2. The work of an electric motor is inversely proportional to its quality.

2.3. The maximum power KVA is an apparent power, which means false.

2.4. Reactive power KVAr is a blind and unwatted power.

2.5. The alternating current is an EFFECT produced by the electrons movement,

which moves at a speed of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) kilometers per second,

describing a circumference in its movement, as shown in figure F1.

2.6. The mathematical model calculates the power of the alternating electricity using

the formula W = VIcosφ, considering φ as the lag angle between voltage and current.

Third.- Ortronic® technology.

3.1. Ortronic® technology, invented and developed by me, is a revolutionary

advance on alternating electricity invented by Nikola Tesla.

3.2. Ortronic® technology is based on multiple new dimensions of alternating

electricity, unknown by all engineers and experts, which only know the

mathematical model.

Fourth.- Ortronic® technology demonstrates all the errors of the mathematical model

mentioned in the second justification, with real and irrefutable demonstrations that

allow us to state the following facts:

4.1. The ideal electric motor is the one that produces the maximum work.

4.2. The work of an electric motor is directly proportional to its Q quality, as

affirmed in paragraphs 4.8 and 4.9 of this fourth justification.

4.3. KVA power is transformed into kilowatts, increasing the kilowatts of a generator

to the KVA value, ie kW = kVA. This fact represents an increase of power and energy

for free.

4.4. Reactive power KVAr is multiplied and subsequently transformed in kilowatts.

This is Ortigosa Renewable Energy (ORE), a free renewable energy.

4.5. ORE scientific basis cannot be understood by those who only know the

mathematical model.

4.6. With the knowledge of the mathematical model, it is impossible: the alternating

electricity invented by Tesla, Ortigosa Renewable Electricity (ORE) and the Electric

Power Multiplier (EPM) invented by me.

4.7. The mathematical model does not comply with the Universal Law of energy

conservation, because only use a percentage, less than 10% of existing power in

alternating electricity connected to inductive loads. This fact is demonstrated by

Ortronic® technology when ORE+EPM are used in conjunction.

4.8. The only formula that represents the power of Tesla’s alternating electricity,

ORE and EPM is the following formula: W = VIQ, being Q the quality factor resulting

from inductive loads connected to the generator, whose value is calculated by the

following formula:

4.9. The definition of Q and its corresponding formula is from the Russian scientist

Heinrich Friedrich Emil Lenz, known as Lenz's Law.

4.10. The formula W = VIcosφ comes from the following equation:

4.10.1. The equation is wrongly applied to alternating electricity because φ angle does

not exist, as demonstrated in the fifth justification and in the irrefutable practical

demonstrations that can be seen in the Ortronic® R&D laboratory in Madrid.

4.10.2. The formula demonstrates the current lack of awareness of alternating

electricity. This fact justifies the impossibility to understand Ortronic®

technology,

which is a breakthrough in Tesla’s alternating electricity.

Fifth.- The definition of EFFECT, mentioned in the second justification, paragraph 2.5,

is impossible as we can see below.

5.1. At the standard frequency of 50 cycles per second, the time required to generate

a cycle is 0.02 seconds, but in 0.02 seconds the EFFECT covers six thousand

kilometers, and applying a simple rule of three, we have the following math conclusion:

In 1 second covers 300,000.00 kilometers.

In 0.02 seconds covers X kilometers.

Clearing the X we have: X = 300,000.00 x 0.02 / 1 = 6,000.00 kilometers.

5.2. Conclusion: All generators of alternating electricity, to generate a cycle, needs a

minimum circumference length of 6,000.00 kilometers to generate a cycle, which is the

length described by the EFFECT on its movement. It is an absurd, incongruous and

impossible conclusion.

Sixth.- Essential conditions to participate in the Ortronic® Global Expansion.

6.1. In most of my published technical documents in Internet, I clearly say that

Ortronic®

technology cannot be understood by any professional with the current

knowledge of alternating electricity. This fact is technically justified because the

Ortronic®

technology uses multiple new dimensions of the alternating electricity

unknown by professionals of current knowledge, regardless of their academic

graduation, knowledge and experience.

6.2. Our necessary conditions to accept partners in partial or territorial exploitation

of Ortronic®

technology are detailed below.

6.2.1. Demonstrate, in an irrefutable way, the differences between Ortronic®

technology and the best technology selected by potential partners.

6.2.2. Demonstrate, in an irrefutable way, that the revolutionary advances of

Ortronic®

technology are a breakthrough advance from the knowledge of alternating

electricity invented by Tesla.

6.3 As a result of all said in the two preceding paragraphs and knowing the

limitations, errors, inconsistencies and paradoxes of the mathematical model

mentioned above, which is the only current knowledge of alternating electricity, with

the only exception of Ortronic®

technology, I propose a Colloquium to discuss about

the above mentioned errors of the mathematical model, and compared with the

multiple advantages of Ortronic® technology.

6.4. The protagonists of the technical Colloquium will be chosen by each of the

following parts:

6.5. Part A will consist on Juan Ortigosa García, inventor and owner of the

Ortronic® technology, of Ortronic

® trademark, of the R&D company Ortronic

Technology, S.L., plus the engineers from Ortronic Technology, S.L company that he

deems most convenient.

6.6. Part B will consist on interested potential partners and engineers elected by

them that will consider appropriate.

6.7. Parts A and B, which will be herein referred as THE PARTIES, agree by

signing this document, that the ONLY SCIENTIFIC TRUTH about the technical

contradictions that may exist between THE PARTIES will only be owned by the part

that can irrefutably prove it, through the demonstrations that will be described later.

6.8. Part A will present and discuss the multiple errors, inconsistencies and

limitations of current knowledge, based on the mathematical model, with the

obligation to demonstrate the technical differences that may exist with Part B, in the

irrefutable way described in this document.

6.9. Part B will present and discuss the errors which in its opinion may exist in

Ortronic®

technology, with the obligation to prove, in an irrefutable way, the

differences defended by Part B.

6.10. THE PARTIES agree, by signing this document, that the main application of

alternating electricity is to produce work and it can be measured without any

discrepancies between THE PARTIES.

6.11. Ortronic®

technology advantages about electricity over the mathematical model

described above, and over any other technology shown by Part B, will be irrefutably

demonstrated by measuring the amount of work produced and energy used by each

of the technologies compared in the irrefutable demonstrations provided herein.

6.12. THE PARTIES, by signing this document, agree that measures of power and

energy of all irrefutable demonstrations will be made under the following conditions:

6.12.1. All measurements of power and energy will be carried out in continuous

electricity and with the same measurement meters.

6.12.1.1. Part A, to justify the need to measure on continuous electricity, will

irrefutably demonstrate that all existing power meters of alternating electricity in

the market, have an error in the measurements about fifty percent (50%).

6.12.1.2. Part A has in his laboratory the following power meters in alternating

electricity: TEKTRONIX DPO-3054 FLUKE 435 SERIE II and HT GSC 59.

6.12.1.3. Part B, if they wish to do so, can bring all the meters referenced, or some

of them, to check that there are no errors nor tricks on the meters.

6.13. The power of each of the systems used in comparative demonstrations must be at

least 15 kilowatts, so both can run with all inductive loads foreseen in the diagram.

6.14. The advantages of Ortronic® technology over the comparative technology will be

irrefutably demonstrated by measuring the difference between the total amount of work

produced and the total amount of energy used by each of the technologies used in each

demonstration.

6.15. The conclusions of the Colloquium will be recorded in video and audio,

preserving each PART a copy.

6.16- Part A proposes, as irrefutable demonstration, the installation shown in the

diagram on the next page, designed to compare the differences between the only two

technologies currently used in this type of installations, which are: PWM Inverters and

Ortronic® technology systems.

6.17.- Influences of the Paris Summit. The conclusions of the Paris Summit,

committed and accepted by all the participating countries, promise an important present

and future in the renewable energies, mainly photovoltaics, wind and ORE. This fact

justifies the importance of the proposed demonstration, which uses photovoltaic solar

panels to generate continuous electricity needed for the irrefutable demonstration. The

demonstration details are shown in the following diagram.

Seventh.- Description and operation of the demonstration components.

Reference 1.- Photovoltaic generator of 15 kilowatts of power at one sun.

Reference 2.- Switcher used to change the output voltage of the photovoltaic panels at

the following values:

Position 1.- 312 volts, which is the voltage used by Ortronic® system.

Position 2.- 440 volts, which is the voltage used by PWM inverter.

Reference 3.- Siemens Contactor, 3RT10 45-1BB40 model, 22kW power and a control

coil supply voltage that is activated at 24V DC, used to connect the output of the panels

to the PWM inverter.

photovoltaic panels to the resistors (Reference 6), with the only intention of measuring

Reference 6.- Set of resistors, of a minimum power equal to the PWM inverter power,

whose sole mission is to measure the real power generated by the photovoltaic panels

when are connected only to the resistors (Reference 6).

Reference 7.- Single-phase PWM inverter of a minimum power of 15kW, selected by

Part B.

Reference 8.- Single-phase Ortronic® system of 24 kilowatts of power.

Reference 9.- 2 poles switcher used to switch the PWM inverter and the Ortronic®

system output, as follows:

Position 1. Connect the Ortronic® system to the inductive loads.

Position 2. Connect the PWM Inverter to the inductive loads.

References 10, 11, 12. Three water pumps of 1.5 kilowatts of power, single-phase

alternating electricity, controlled each by a switch and whose sole function is to elevate

water to a certain height. The meter for measuring the elevated volume of water is not

shown in the diagram because it will depend on where the demonstration would be

installed.

Reference 13.- Induction cooker, from BOSCH, with 5 burners controlled by switches,

with 10.5kW total power, distributed in powers of 1.8kW, 1.8kW, 3.3kW, 1.2kW and

2.4kW, whose sole objective is to heat water up to a determined temperature. The water

recipients, the isolation and the temperature meters are not shown in the diagram

because it will depend on where the demonstration would be installed.
