    gG characteristic

    OPIS DESCRIPTION

    TEHNIKI PODACI / TECHNICAL DATA

    Uloci osiguraa sa gG karakteristikom su niskonaponski

    rastalni uloci velike prekidne moi sa noastim

    kontaktima.

    Namijenjeni su za zatitu vodova, kabela i elektrike

    opreme od preoptereenja i struja kratkog spoja.

    Uloci osiguraa gG pouzdano tite do struje kratkog

    spoja koja odgovara prekidnoj moi.

    Uloci se proizvode u veliinama 00, 0, 1, 2 i 3, a kod

    manjih nazivnih struja postoje izvedbe sa smanjenim

    dimenzijama - reducirane veliine 00C, 1C, 2C i 3C.

    Uloci se izrauju dvije osnovne izvedbe :

    - metalni poklopci i indikator na sredini keramikog tijela

    tip 3NVO

    - plastini poklopci sa metalnim nosevima i indikator

    na sredini keramikog tijela - tip 3NVO - SFL, 3NVO - I

    Fuse - links with gG characteristic are low voltage HRC

    fuse - links with blade contacts.

    They are intended for protection of lines, cables and

    electrical equipments against overload and short

    circuit.

    Fuse - links gG definitely protect up to the short circuit

    currents which correspond to the rated breaking capacity.

    Fuse - links are produced in sizes 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3. By

    smaller rated currents exist fuse - links with reduced

    dimensions - reduced sizes 00C, 1C, 2C and 3C.

    Fuse - links are produced in two basic types :

    - non - insulated type with indicator in the middle of

    ceramic body - type 3NVO

    - insulated type with indicator in the middle of ceramic

    body - types 3NVO - SFL, 3NVO - I

    Gubici

    Gubici snage uloaka osiguraa kategorije upotrebe gG -

    AC 500/690 V, kod optereenja nazivnom strujom, nalaze

    se ispod granice doputenih gubitaka prema normama

    IEC / EN 60269 i DIN VDE 0636 - vidi Pregled izvedbi.

    osiguraa sa gG karakteristikom pouzdano prekidaju

    690 V kod napona 1,1 Un i cos = 0,2 uz istovremeno

    veliko strujno ogranienje - vidi Dijagram proputenih

    struja.

    Breaking capacity

    Fuse - links with gG characteristic definitely break 50-

    120kA r.m.s in networks AC 400V, 120 kA r.m.s in networks

    AC 500 V and 80 kA r.m.s in networks AC 690 V at voltage

    Power dissipations of the fuse - links at utilization

    are within the limits of permitted power dissipations to

    Uloci osiguraa kategorije upotrebe gG u potpunosti

    zadovoljavaju norme HRN EN 60269, DIN EN 60269, IEC

    60269 i DIN VDE 0636 u pogledu selektivnosti i selektivni

    su kod odnosa nazivnih struja 1 : 1,6 za In > 12 A.

    Vremensko - strujne karakteristike

    Prikazane vremensko - strujne krivulje uloaka osiguraa

    su srednje krivulje.

    Odstupanje na strujnoj koordinati nalazi se unutar

    doputenog podruja od 10 % prema HRN EN 60269,

    DIN EN 60269, IEC 60269 i DIN VDE 0636.

    Discrimination

    Fuse - links at utilization category gG fully satIsfy the

    standards HRN EN 60269, DIN EN 60269, IEC 60269 and

    DIN VDE 0636 in regard to discrimination at ratio of rated

    current 1 : 1,6 for In > 12 A.

    Time - current characteristics

    Represented time - current curves of fuse - liks are

    medium curves.

    Deviation in the current co - ordinate are situated inside

    permissible range of 10 % to HRN EN 60269, DIN EN

    60269, IEC 60269 and DIN VDE 0636.

    Uloci osiguraa sa aM karakteristikom su niskonaponski

    rastalni uloci velike prekidne moi sa noastim kontaktima.

    Namijenjeni su za zatitu elektrikih motora i ureaja

    od struja kratkog spoja. U podruju preoptereenja

    potrebna je dodatna zatita.

    Uloci se proizvode u veliinama 00, 0, 1, 2 i 3, a kod

    manjih nazivnih struja postoje izvedbe sa smanjenim

    dimenzijama - reducirane veliine 00C, 1C, 2C i 3C.

    Uloci se izrauju u osnovnoj izvedbi :

    - metalni poklopci i indikator na sredini keramikog tijela

    tip 3NVO

    Fuse - links with aM characteristic are low voltage HRC

    fuse - links with blade contacts.

    They are used for protection of electric motors and

    devices against short circuit currents. In the overload

    range adittional protection is necessary.

    Fuse - links are produced in sizes 000 (00C), 00, 0, 1, 2

    and 3. By smaller rated currents exist fuse - links with

    reduced dimensions - reduced sizes 00C, 1C, 2C and 3C.

    Fuse - links are produced in one basic type:

    Stvarni koeficijent IgG / IaM koji odreuje selektivnost

    izmeu gG i aM uloaka osiguraa u skladu je sa tom

    normom - vidi tabelu.

    Discrimination

    Fuse - links at utilization category aM - AC 500 / 690 V fully

    satisfy the standard DIN VDE 0636 - 22.

    The real coefficient IgG / IaM determining the

    discrimination between gG and aM fuse - links is in

    accordance with this standard - see table.

    Da bi zatita elektromotornog pogona osiguraem kategorije upotrebe aM

    bila efikasna, karakteristika uloka osiguraa mora se nalaziti unutar gra -

    nica propisanih standardima HRN EN 60269, DIN EN 60269, IEC 60269 i DIN

    VDE 0636.

    In order to make the electric motor drive protection by means of the

    aM fuse - links more efficient, the fuse - link characteristic has to be

    within the limits determined by standards HRN EN 60269, DIN EN 60269,

    IEC 60269 and DIN VDE 0636.

    Uloci osiguraa KONAR osnovne tipske oznake UB su

    niskonaponski ultra - brzi rastalni uloci velike prekidne

    moi, a slue prvenstveno za zatitu poluvodikih

    komponenti ureaja energetske elektronike.

    Izrauju se u dvije osnovne verzije:

    UBN - uloci osiguraa s noastim kontaktima

    UBV - uloci osiguraa s kontaktima za prikljuenje vijkom

    Proizvode se u veliinama 00C i 00 prema normama DIN VDE

    0636, IEC 60269 i DIN EN 60269.

    UB uloci osiguraa proizvode se za kategoriju upotrebe gR i

    aR i za nazivne napone AC 690 V, DC 440 V.

    Uloci sa gR karakteristikom namijenjeni su za zatitu

    poluvodikih komponenti u podruju od veih preoptereenja

    do struja kratkog spoja koje odgovaraju prekidnoj moi

    osiguraa.

    Uloci sa aR karakteristikom namijenjeni su prvenstveno za

    zatitu od kratkog spoja. Kod manjih struja preoptereenja

    potrebna je dodatna zatita.

    Materijal rastalnice je srebro, a tijela uloka visokokvalitetna

    keramika ( Steatit ). Poklopci su izraeni od mesinga ( 00

    UBV, 00C UBV, 00C UBN ) i aluminija ( 00 UBN ). Svi kontakti

    se izrauju sa pojaanom antikorozivnom zatitom

    ( posrebreni ).

    Mogu se upotrebljavati i u tekim klimatskim uvjetima kao

    to su:

    - vlana i suha tropska podruja

    - industrijski zagaena atmosfera

    Osnovne karakteristike:

    - veliko strujno ogranienje

    - mali nazivni gubici

    - mali napon luka

    - niska radna temperatura (zagrijavanje)

    - male dimenzije

    Uloci UBN ulau se u odgovarajua podnoja tipa NP.

    Uloci UBV mogu se prikljuiti direktno na plosnate vodie ili

    odgovarajua podnoja tipa NPV.

    OPIS DESCRIPTION

    Fuse - links KONAR with basic type designation UB are low

    voltage ultra - quick fuse - links, and are used for the

    protection of semiconductor devices.

    UB fuse - links are produced in two basic types:

    UBN - fuse - links with blade contacts

    UBV - fuse - links with bolted connections

    They are produced in sizes 00C and 00 in accordance with

    standards DIN VDE 0636, IEC 60269 and DIN EN 60269.

    UB fuse - links are delivered for utilization category gR and aR

    and rated voltages AC 690 V , DC 440 V.

    Fuse - links with the gR characteristic are intended for the

    semiconductor protection in range from the highest

    overloading up to the short circuit currents which correspond

    to the rated breaking capacity of fuse - link.

    Fuse - links with the aR characteristic provide limited range of

    protection. They break all currents from a multiple of rated

    current up to the breaking capacity of fuse - link. By lower

    overload adittional protection is necessary.

    The melting element is made of silver and the insulator body

    is made of special ceramic ( Steatit C221 ). Covers are made

    of brass ( 00 UBV, 00C UBV, 00C UBN ) and aluminium ( 00

    UBN ). All contacts are made in corrosion resistant design

    ( silver - plated ).

    These fuses can be used in hard climatic conditions like:

    - dry and damp tropical weather

    - industrial polluted atmosphere

    Basic characteristics:

    - high current limiting

    - low power dissipations

    - low arcing voltage

    - low temperature rise

    - small dimensions

    Fuse - links type UBN are used in fuse - bases type NP.

    Fuse - links type UBV can be connected direct to busbars with

    screws or to corresponding fuse - base type NPV.

    PODNOJA OSIGURAA / FUSE - BASES Opis, tehniki podaci

    Description, technical data

    OPIS DESCRIPTION

    Podnoja osiguraa tip NP upotrebljavaju se za uloke

    osiguraa sa noastim kontaktima, a podnoja tip NPV za

    uloke osiguraa sa vijanim prikljukom.

    Podnoja se proizvode u veliinama 00C, 00, 0, 1, 2 i 3, a

    isporuuju se u jednopolnoj ili tropolnoj izvedbi.

    Viepolna podnoja ( vel. 00C, 00 ) sastavljaju se

    meusobnim spajanjem jednopolnih podnoja i odvajaju se

    pregradama. Viepolna podnoja ( vel. 1, 2, 3 ) sastavljaju se

    spajanjem jednopolnih podnoja spojnicama i meusobno

    se odvajaju pregradama.

    Kod podnoja veliina 00C, 00 postoji mogunost

    ugradnje na profilni nosa 35 mm - DIN EN 50022 ( vidi

    stranica 18 - Pribor ).

    Prikljuak podnoja osiguraa predvien je za :

    - kabele sa kabelskim stopicama - tip NP, NPV

    - direktni prikljuak kablova ( obuhvatna stezaljka, prizma

    stezaljka ) - tip NP

    Fuse - bases are available for low voltage HRC fuse - links

    with blade contacts - type NP. For fuse - links with bolted

    connection are used fuse - bases type NPV.

    Fuse - bases are produced in sizes 00C, 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3

    and delivered in single - pole, or three - pole design.

    Multi - pole fuse - bases make as single - pole plugable

    bases and separated with partition walls ( sizes 00C, 00 ),

    or as single - pole bases coupled with base - clips and

    separated with partition walls ( sizes 1, 2 and 3 ).

    By fuse - bases sizes 00C, 00 there is possibility for

    mounting on mounting rail 35 mm - DIN EN 50022 ( see

    page 18 - Accessories ).

    The connection of fuse - bases is made for :

    - cable with cable lugs - type NP, NPV

    - direct terminal clamps ( clip type terminal, prism clamp )

    DESCRIPTION

    Proizvode se dva tipa uloaka osiguraa :

    - ULOCI RAZVODNIH OSIGURAA - tip VRO3

    - ULOCI GLAVNIH OSIGURAA - tip VGO3

    Uloci osiguraa VRO3 i VGO3 namijenjeni su za

    zatitu od kratkog spoja u strujnim krugovima

    grijanja i rasvjete eljeznikih vozila.

    VRO3 i VGO3 uloci osiguraa tite u podruju od 5 In

    do struje kratkog spoja koja odgovara prekidnoj moi, a u

    podruju od 1,1 In do 5 In potrebna je dodatna zatita.

    Nazivni napon osiguraa je DC 3000 V, a prema UIC 552

    ovi osigurai tite od kratkog spoja i kod napona 1000 V -

    16 2/3 Hz i 50 Hz, 1500 V - 50Hz i DC 1500 V.

    Oblik i dimenzije su u skladu sa internom normom HN

    V2.297, a karakteristike su u skladu sa UIC 552, HN

    V2.297 i IEC 60282 - 1.

    Two types of fuse - links are produced:

    - DISTRIBUTION FUSE - LINKS - type VRO3

    - MAIN FUSE - LINKS - type VGO3

    Fuse - links VRO3 i VGO3 are designed for a short

    circuit protection in railway heating and lighting

    facilities.

    VRO3 and VGO3 fuse - links protect in the range from

    5 In to the short circuit current which corresponds to the

    breaking capacity. In the range from 1,1 In to 5 In the

    additional protection is necessary.

    Rated voltage of the fusses is DC 3000 V and according

    to UIC 552, these fuses give the short circuit protection

    by voltages 1000 V - 16 2/3 Hz and 50 Hz, 1500 V - 50Hz

    and DC 1500 V.

    The form and dimensions are in accordance with the

    internal standard HN V2.297. The characteristic are in

    accordance with UIC 552, HN V2.297 and IEC 60282 - 1.

    montau uloaka razvodnih osiguraa tip VRO3 koji su

    namijenjeni za zatitu od kratkog spoja u razvodnim

    strujnim krugovima eljeznikih vozila.

    Oblik i dimenzije VRP3 podnoja su u skladu sa

    internom normom HN V2.297.

    Fuse - bases type VRP3 are available for distribution fuse

    - links type VRO3 and are designed for short circuit
