This program provides the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce or advance in a mid-management level position. The program will prepare for careers within the public, private and non-profit sectors. A practical approach with real-world applications of skills and knowledge will be used to gain an understanding of leadership issues involved in the operations of a business organization. This program is designed to layer on top of specified Associate in Science (A.S.) De-grees or an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree.
