CONTRIBUTIONS FROM OIDE TO ASSIST THE MODERNIZATION OF THE ECONOMY, THE REFORM OF GLOBAL DIPLOMACY AND TO ERADICATE POVERTY

Definition and technical presentation of OIDE

OIDE is an Intergovernmental Institution of Public Law (OIG) with economic and technical vocation in which the States participate. It conducts an economic policy of sustainable development which includes important missions of public interests whose main missions are:

- Mobilization of capital for the socio-economic development of States - Improvement of the living environment of the populations

Its mission was expanded in January 2016 to more than 134 public missions by the United Nations to support the sustainable development efforts of countries interested in its program.

Cooperation with States

The act of opening OIDE's activities on the territory of a country follows specific formalities (signature of a headquarters agreement with the member country), in order to legalize its activities on the territory of the member country.

OIDE has three main functions

OIDE acts in any country as a diplomatic mission of an International Cooperation Organization and as a technical development Institution.

Promotion of Women

OIDE contributes also to the establishment of a policy for the promotion of women and for the basic education of the child.

Strengthening the global Cooperation

OIDE is also supporting a peace mission to strengthen global cooperation by participating in the establishment of a new preventive and cultural diplomacy that can reduce the impact of threats to the world.

Empowering the economies of each country

OIDE is committed to improve the global economy by contributing to its renovation to help it move from a traditional economy that has become obsolete, old and currently under pressure to a new and successful endogenous economy (EPPHS) more competitive and more efficient, which promotes policy change in sustainable development in order to make it compatible with current economic realities.

Contribution to the valorization of the economies of each country

The local economy, through the creation of wealth by processing on the territory the products, raw materials and natural resources existing in the country instead of exporting them raw to foreign countries, is valued, thus making it possible to strengthen the countries' economies and to employ local labor and managers (who are leaving due to the lack of jobs and supervision in their countries of origin), in order to contribute to the development of their Nation. The empowerment of the countries' economies (enhancement of the domestic economy) makes it possible to promote the massive creation of jobs and local wealth to absorb the mass unemployment that prevails among the populations and, in addition, to establish a new policy of egalitarian cooperation between countries. In addition, economic empowerment allows each country to achieve the 'status' of a developed and rich country and therefore to reduce mass illegal immigration (against which Western countries have so far failed to find adequate and sustainable solutions) and to occupy all citizens who are victims in their countries of origin in an intelligent and equitable manner.

Contribution to the establishment of a new preventive cultural diplomacy within the United Nations

OIDE also contributes to the development of the diplomatic sector by bringing its own vision of the world order.

The world is currently in a period of great transition never seen, the largest since the advent of the second world war. Global politics, the economy, and all other global Governance policies are all being changed and reformed to serve the interests of the people they represent.

Preventive cultural diplomacy enriches traditional diplomacy between States, adding a new element of dialogue based on the understanding of others at both the State and Civil Society levels.

The successful implementation of this new preventive cultural diplomacy is based on non-violence and should be practiced in a harmonious manner with the strengthening of cooperation. To be effective, this new preventive cultural diplomacy is only one aspect of the construction and must be practiced taking into account economic and political aspects.

In addition, over time, the implementation of this preventive diplomacy reduces and helps to prevent conflicts, poverty, social injustice and many other calamities in our society.

Repetitive conflicts without any strategy of appeasement lead to war while a preventive cultural diplomacy can strengthen relations and help prevent future conflicts because of its unique nature, inherently creative and constructive, unlike the 'hard power' mainly destructive of the traditional diplomacy. The European Union (EU) can be cited as an example of successful preventive cultural diplomacy that, with the strengthening of relations and cooperation, has succeeded in appeasing a region haunted by conflicts for centuries.

OIDE's major contribution to the global security architecture is the preventive cultural diplomacy which through the creation of endogenous mechanisms constituting a preventive and democratic solution for dialogue and enhanced cooperation with politicians, citizens and all segments of society will eradicate conflicts in all countries.

New economic programs for sustainable development

The finding of a lack of coherent policy on a global scale, which does not allow the resolution of the problems facing the world, prevents the production of a positive image of the world as well as the establishment of a process of new programs.

The intervention of OIDE under the aegis of the United Nations to correct these weaknesses is a necessity that currently leads our Organization (OIDE) to give its full support to the development efforts of the Governments of the requesting countries interested in the sustainable development program coordinated by OIDE.

Definition of poverty

OIDE, which considers poverty as a socially transmissible disease (STD), has developed a different strategy to eliminate it by tackling the root causes.

One of these strategies is the establishment of new anti-poverty mechanisms with new features to block its social progress.

New economic weapons against poverty

Referencing endogenous mathematics (Math-do) as a reasoning leading to poverty eradication

Endogenous mathematics is a new model of mathematics with a social role presented in various documents, the main one being the book of endogenous mathematics entitled 'Introduction to the Course of Endogenous Mathematics'. This book written by HE Louis KOFFI LAOURE, Founding President of OIDE details the functioning of this mathematical application on which he has worked over the past 17 years. This formula of endogenous mathematics, called TLLP (laouré theorem for the war against poverty), is based on many mathematical tools (theorems, discrete differential equations, axiom, analytical geometry, alphanumeric code, etc.) as well as on neuropsychology, computer graphics and cryptography. Its economic ratio provides an analysis of the manifestations of social phenomena.

The TLLP is the main indicator of this mathematics, which is particularly sensitive to global threats, generating preventive alerts in order to initiate offensive policies that enable the eradication of the curse of poverty and also lead to the creation of the Anti-Poverty Vaccine (VAP), consisting of measures (methods) and preventive mechanisms to counter poverty and eradicate it. VAP is a particularly effective anti-poverty economic weapon.

OIDE is the first Economic Development Organization in the world to have succeeded in setting up such complex and innovative a scientific system bringing together several disciplines to achieve the objectives assigned by HE the Professor Louis KOFFI LAOURE, especially the fight against poverty, a central topic in all countries.

ENDOGENOUS MATHEMATICS USED AS AN ECONOMIC WEAPON TO DESTRUCTURE POVERTY

Endogenous mathematics (math-do), a real economic weapon against poverty, is a human and social science that has the power to release creative energies anchored in the subconscious of each person and to set them in motion. Its daily practice allows you to predict events.

Mission: • To emphasize the correlation between thought, action and result in order to influence the

power and the force of your thought and mind through action. Endogenous mathematics puts into action the strength of your mind and of thought (subconscious), which hold the reservoir of creative forces, possessed by everyone at birth, in order to materialize your ideas, thoughts and wishes, once programmed with the means provided by endogenous mathematics developed by HE the Professor Louis KOFFI LAOURE.

• Endogenous mathematics (math-do) allows you to destructure poverty and all the plagues associated with it: thefts, burglaries, prostitution, banditry, etc., are economic phenomena, which can be treated and eradicated thanks to endogenous mathematics (math-do), which provides to the science all the technical supports allowing destructuring poverty.

• Endogenous mathematics (math-do) is a science that studies the relationship between you and your immediate environment (it identifies local realities). This is why it is called 'endogenous mathematics' to make the difference between a thought from the outside (exogenous), felt as a clash of foreign civilizations and its impact on local populations and the one based on local realities as its name implies.

• Endogenous mathematics (math-do) is a science that awakens the endogenous forces (genius) that lie dormant in everyone in order to make you useful to yourself first of all since you do not expect someone else to come and show you the way to follow, but rather to discover the path by yourself by using the force (power) of your mind. The source of all our actions are our ideas and it is for this reason that endogenous mathematics give you the opportunity to work alone with the power of your mind that speaks to you and dictates the proper course of action. Your ideas and thinking are the basis of what will follow, if through the practice of endogenous mathematics you can focus on yourself, your mind will unleash the creative power of your subconscious mind to help you realize all your wishes without any other force interfering, making everything possible.

• With endogenous mathematics (math-do), it therefore becomes possible by following its

operating principles to diagnose all the problems/plagues that threaten the world and to which it is necessary to provide urgent solutions (refer to the book 'Introduction to the course of endogenous mathematics' for more details).

Source of inspiration of endogenous mathematics Like all life sciences, endogenous mathematics (math-do) is a science formed by the mind. It is rational because it is based on mathematics, the science of logic and cartesian reasoning. The formulas of endogenous mathematics are based on numbers that are by their very nature made to analyze, convince and predict events. In economics, everything must be encrypted and quantified in order to make the data more reliable. The numbers (mathematics) remain by far the most reliable means in the world in terms of economic, technical and technological analysis to base all decisions on mathematical conclusions because they challenge all other existing economic analysis possibilities through their statistical accuracy.

Endogenous mathematics has been modeled by HE the professor Louis KOFFI LAOURE, researcher in endogenous mathematics on quantitative and preventive mechanisms for poverty eradication. HE Louis KOFFI LAOURE is also the world executive Chairman of OIDE and Honorary President of the scientific Journal 'The Global Review' (see the book 'Introduction to the Course of Endogenous Mathematics' published by HE the Professor Louis KOFFI LAOURE).

African root by HE the Professor Louis KOFFI LAOURE The Professor Louis KOFFI LAOURE states that his main source of inspiration is his African roots, his faith in humanity and his inner vision, which allow him to have a clear idea of the concepts and information to be transmitted for the progress of humanity. He also reminds us that the Greeks and the Romans who were the educators of the whole of Europe learned everything in Egypt, which in turn owed everything to Black Africa (see 'Modern anthropology').

African inspiration, African source of endogenous mathematics

The TLLP of endogenous mathematics has the property of transforming the economic, social, technical and commercial information received into digital language (precision statistics), to ensure the monitoring of social plagues and poverty. The TLLP makes it possible to develop economic and econometric tools which generate accurate statistics to provide a good reading of the manifestation of the social plagues listed and which help us to know how to deal with them and eliminate them. The TLLP also makes it possible to calculate the psychological pressure endured by people suffering from poverty.

Finally, the TLLP is a 'digital mirror' able to photograph endogenous social phenomena threatening society in the economic, financial, commercial, technical, diplomatic, ethical, social, religious, security, humanitarian and other fields. The expertise of the TLLP can therefore be required to deal with the problems of these sectors, allowing a quantitative research of radical solutions to eradicate poverty and related social phenomena.

Implementation of an economy of precision and social harmony (EPPHS) OIDE has established an economy of precision, prevention and social harmony (EPPHS) as part of its mission under the aegis of the United Nations to modernize the economy, to contribute to the endogenous economy making it more efficient and competitive and to update the legal economic and financial rules governing the sustainable development sector as a means of rectifying all existing imbalances in financial, legal and economic terms. The objective of OIDE is to guide the traditional economy towards a new economy of precision, prevention and social harmony (EPPHS), at a time when the world is in a critical situation due to the obsolescence of the traditional economy. In the case of the endogenous economy and in the digital age (digital revolution), information technology and the Internet are no longer only a simple technological feat but real key supports, namely, real economic and financial tools that support the new endogenous economy (EPPHS), which opens to the world a real new market for growth and sustainable development in all countries and communities, promoting wealth creation and ensuring its redistribution to a larger number of people in need.

The Economy of precision (EPPHS) will replace the current traditional economy through the use of economic informatics to move from a classical and traditional economy to a successful application of EPPHS that neutralizes the growing social inequalities that have become unbearable in countries, to introduce a new type of financing that is better structured and more effective than the interest-bearing loan system (characterizing the old economic system generating the debt that directly threatens the sovereignty of all countries, particularly developing countries that necessarily need financial assistance to ensure their development). Interest-bearing loans need to be replaced by more flexible financing, derived from the EPPHS financial mechanism (precision economy), because, in an endogenous economy, the concept of interest-bearing loans is contradictory, so financing must be based on new economic drivers (FINAP), resistant to corruption, both transparent and qualitatively contributing to the financing of sustainable development. This financing, which mainly consists of participative financing (without going through debt financing), makes it possible to demonstrate the solidarity of the community (see proven FINAP credit study attached as an appendix, refer to the book entitled 'Introduction to the course of endogenous mathematics', which presents all the FINAP mechanisms relevant to the endogenous economy to understand the functioning of these new economic and financial tools put in place by the new economy).

• Implementation of the PIP (poverty isolation program). The PIP literally contributes to the promotion of the new endogenous economy since it is an endogenous economic program based on United Nations International Labor Office standards (ILO). It has also been developed as an economic tool for analysis and the fight against poverty to guarantee a labor market for all, to eliminate poverty by creating wealth through work whose standards can now be extended to all countries: so that all retirees can be hired to participate in conferences, train young people and provide support.

• Implementation of the PRE (Plan Receive Employment). The PRE is also an endogenous tool, namely: an economic analysis program recently developed by OIDE, the use of which allows the pre-selection of economic sectors that offer hope and strong growth to make public and private investment viable in order to guide investors to focus on these key sectors of the country's economy, thus ensuring massive job creation with a high level of local labor.

Financial mechanisms used by OIDE to ensure the financing of projects

• Loans Projects : investments aimed at financing sustainable development projects.

• Credit line: funds channeled by OIDE to its social partners (States, Companies, Associations, NGOs, Foundations) via local banking institutions complying with all the regulations in force in the country

• Sector investment loans: financial mechanisms used by OIDE to strengthen the capacity of existing enterprises operating in a specific sector

• Sector loans: investment that targets a change in strategy or an institutional reform

• Structural adjustment loan: financing to promote reforms

• Financial technical assistance operation: financing by OIDE to assist NGOs or any other partner and body entrusted by OIDE to provide support and expertise in order to achieve the objectives pursued by OIDE

• Budget support funds: special funds granted by OIDE to its partners to cover expenditure on public missions, the use of all its mechanisms presented above enables OIDE to achieve the objectives of the missions assigned to it by the United Nations

TRIPLE B REFERENCING

Since GDP is unable to properly measure the growth of States and ensure an efficient redistribution of this growth to members of the community, it is necessary to refer to a new growth indicator that is better structured than the GDP, namely: the TRIPLE B (happiness, benevolence of citizens, well-being), which is a growth indicator that combines a GDP for happiness, a GDP for goodwill and another security GDP, and so forth, justified by the fact that growth being the result of the work of the entire population, must not benefit only a small number of individuals at the helm of the country but all its citizens. The triple B is therefore the endogenous manifestation of the country's economic situation, it traces its economic reality and pushes the economy to deepen its search for the factors that contribute to the happiness of the people, their well-being and their security, money cannot be the only factor of a country's wealth. Thus, in the case of an endogenous economy, the GDP becomes obsolete, prompting OIDE to seek a new, more responsive and precise growth indicator that guarantees the redistribution of wealth to all members of the community.

The growth indicator called TRIPLE B (BBB), which will very soon be used to measure the increase in wealth each year in countries, instead of the GDP, a religion in which many no longer believe given its weaknesses revealed by the result on the ground of the redistribution of wealth that promotes growing social inequalities in countries. The use of Triple B therefore seems imminent. The Triple B retraces daily political, economic, statistical and commercial news and guarantees the redistribution of growth to all members of the society, thus eliminating poverty.

What are the other values of OIDE? OIDE welcomes with respect and consideration all its partners and protects them. OIDE has thousands of high-ranking officials (Senior International Officials) who have several years of past experience in various relevant public administrations and in major international institutions (World Bank, IMF, ADB, EIB, EU, AU, etc.). Some have held senior positions in Governments as Ministers, CEOs of multinationals and private companies etc. These senior officials welcome the new officials who join OIDE and will guide them towards future careers.

Program on democratic deficiencies in countries

In several countries, democracy only works on paper and not in reality and public leaders always emerge weakened and compromised by unfulfilled promises. OIDE intervenes to remedy this through COPAD (Peace and Development Committee), a subsidiary structure of OIDE in charge of peace and sustainable development programs. COPAD acts as an advisor to all Governments by assisting them in the implementation of the program to remedy deficiencies in democracy in their countries. COPAD is involved in managing the cycles of violence that lead to wars and, in most cases, to crises resulting from religious intolerance, even though religion is the place where forgiveness is promoted.

Restoring Women's Rights in the fight for equality between women and men

Women's rights to this day are not respected and are still denied, but until their rights are restored and are returned to their original position as God created them, namely: alongside men and not behind men, because it is said by God that men have a duty to take care of women and until all the women have recovered their rights, they will continue to demand their total and complete restitution. These rights should therefore be known in order to establish clear procedures for their restitution to women in order to settle their disputes. We owe to women, reproductive health, family care, the education of children, the care they provide to everyone and the love of which they are the empress. God also created her beautiful so that she may give us the joy of life and so when we admire them, they amaze and enchant us.

Everyone must be aware of this and act accordingly with each woman in their daily lives in order to help them recover all their rights.
