ORGA-LINE for pantry pull-outs is available to suit both TANDEMBOX intivo and TANDEMBOX antaro drawer designs.

ORGA-LINE kitchen accessories

ORGA-LINE kitchen accessories simplify many tasks and provide organisation and overview. The Film and Foil Dispensers, Knife Holder, Spice and Plate Holders ensure that everything is close at hand and easy to use when you need it. ORGA-LINE kitchen accessories easily transport to your preparation area and simply store away when you are done. Kitchen accessories are available individually or in a kitchen accessory set.

ORGA-LINE is a complete system for organising your kitchen and other rooms in your home. It includes solutions for drawers, pantry pull-outs and a range of accessories to further simplify your kitchen experience. Whatever you need to store, ORGA-LINE provides practical organisation in your drawers and optimised storage space.

The ORGA-LINE inner dividing system has high-quality stainless steel containers and utensil dividers that provide clear visibility and easy access to all contents. The containers can be easily removed and are designed to be dishwasher safe. Now that’s practical!


Optimise workflow and storage

Research shows that most households keep their kitchens for around 14 years, so it pays to carefully consider your needs. Before designing your layout you will need to consider your lifestyle, cooking frequency and the number of people using the kitchen.Firstly, divide your kitchen tasks into work areas, or zones. This is where Blum’s DYNAMIC SPACE technique can help.

You may have heard of the ‘Working Triangle’ kitchen principle where you position the stove, sink and fridge into a triangle so they are all in easy reach of each other.

However the DYNAMIC SPACE system goes beyond Working Triangle thinking. It divides the five main kitchen activities into zones and places them in the best position to optimise workflow and storage.

Cooking Zone

This is the heart of the kitchen - arranged around the cooktop, oven, microwave and rangehood. Using deep pull-outs with higher back walls and closed sides allows for bulky item storage such as cooking and baking utensils, pots and pans, as well as cookbooks.

Cleaning Zone

The sink, waste bin, cleaning materials and the dishwasher makes up the Cleaning Zone. Using an under sink pull-out drawer makes more efficient use of valuable kitchen storage space that is usually wasted and provides better access to often used cleaning materials.


This zone is used to store items used on a daily basis, such as kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and glasses. Twenty percent of all zone changes take place between this zone and the Cleaning Zone. For ergonomic reasons, often-used dishes should be stored in lower pull-outs instead of overhead wall cabinets.

Consumables Zone

The Consumables Zone is used to store consumable goods. These are items that are used for cooking and baking which then must be replenished. These include both chilled and unchilled foodstuffs. That’s why both the refrigerator and freezer cabinets are a fixed part of this zone.

Preparation Zone

All food for cooking/baking is prepared in this zone. Utensils and small kitchen appliances are stored and used here. Dirty kitchen utensils can go directly into the dishwasher and perishable items can go back into the refrigerator. Items that are commonly used for preparing meals can be stored here, such as oils and spices.

TANDEMBOX intivo

TANDEMBOX intivo has a special drawer side which lets you personalise your design.

Deep drawer sides can be a metal panel, a glass panel or another material (such as timber). Shallow drawers and inner drawers have metal sides.

TANDEMBOX intivo is available in 3 colours: Silk White, Terra Black and Stainless Steel.

Before you select your ORGA-LINE components, you will need to know which Blum drawer system you have. If you are unsure, use the below guide to determine if you have TANDEMBOX intivo or TANDEMBOX antaro drawers.

Measure the nominal length of your drawers (the ‘depth’ of the drawer from inside front to outside back) and the cabinet width (the width of the front of your drawer).

Choose the items from the ORGA-LINE range that best suit your requirements! Don’t forget to select Accessories from the ORGA-LINE Accessories section. If you are unsure of how many cross and lateral dividers you need in each deep drawer, check out the Recommended Configurations section of this brochure.

Use the below guide to determine if you have TANDEMBOX intivo or TANDEMBOX antaro drawers, then use the relevant section of this brochure.

TANDEMBOX antaro

TANDEMBOX antaro drawers have a clear-cut, rectangular rail design.

Deep drawer sides can be a metal panel, a glass panel or a clean rail side. Shallow drawers and inner drawers have metal sides.

TANDEMBOX antaro is available only in Silk White.

For TANDEMBOX antaro drawers, you will need to know the drawer height of the deep drawers for some of the solutions. The measurement is taken from the underneath of the drawer to the top of the side gallery rail (see image). C Height drawers measure 172mm, and D Height drawers measure 204mm.

The storage space in pantry pull-outs as well as drawers can be properly organised using adjustable cross and lateral dividers. Food items are well organised, won’t tip over and are easily accessible. A quick look in the pantry unit is all you need to make your grocery list.

Non-slip liner is an essential addition to any kitchen to prevent damage to drawers and the items within them. Installation of ORGA-LINE for TANDEMBOX antaroAssembly and setup instructions

SHALLOW DRAWERS

DEEP DRAWERS WITH CROSS DIVIDER OPTION

In shallow drawers (such as cutlery, utensils and odds & ends), simply place the set within the drawer. The containers and adjustable cross dividers may be moved into whatever arrangement or position best suits the items you want to store.

For deep drawers (such as food storage, plastic containers, pots & pans) with the cross divider option follow these instructions.

Place the cross divider 2 with the connectors attached into the drawer and screw into place. To move the cross divider, simply unscrew the screws on the cross divider connectors and slide the cross divider to the desired location, then tighten the screws again to secure.

To install the lateral divider 4 , simply place the top section of the divider over the top of the cross divider 2 , then push it down and move the bottom of the lateral divider towards to cross divider to clip into place. To move the lateral divider, either slide it across the cross divider, or remove it in the reverse manner. Replace the drawer back into the cabinet or pantry.

Cut the cross divider 2 to size (or ask your cabinetmaker to). Then attach the cross divider connectors 5a or 5b to each end.

DEEP DRAWERS WITH CROSS GALLERY OPTIONFor deep drawers (such as food storage, plastic containers, pots & pans) with the cross gallery option follow these instructions.

Place the cross gallery 6 with the connectors attached into the drawer and clip one end to the gallery rail. Slide the other end into position on the opposite gallery rail. Screw into place.

To install the longside divider 8 , simply place the top section of the divider over the top of the cross gallery 6 , then push it down to clip into place. To move the longside divider, either slide it across the cross gallery, or remove it in the reverse manner. Replace the drawer back into the cabinet or pantry.

SHALLOW DRAWERS

DEEP DRAWERS WITH GLASS OR OTHER ELEMENT SIDES (BOXSIDE)

In shallow drawers (such as cutlery, utensils and odds & ends), simply place the set within the drawer. The containers and adjustable cross dividers may be moved into whatever arrangement or position best suits the items you want to store.

For deep drawers (such as food storage, plastic containers, pots & pans) that have a glass or other element side, follow these instructions.

STEP 2: Remove the drawer or pull-out from the cabinet or pantry and place on a flat surface. Remove the glass side from the drawer by pulling up the clips at the ends of the side. Remove the sides.

STEP 3: Place the adapter profile 1 along each side, under where the drawer side you just removed was sitting. Replace the sides back into the drawer, on top of the adapter profile. Push the end clips back onto the corners of the drawer until they click, securing the drawer side in place. Replace the drawer back into the cabinet or pantry.

DEEP DRAWERS WITH METAL SIDE (BOXCOVER)For deep drawers (such as food storage, plastic containers, pots & pans) that have a metal side, follow these instructions.

STEP 2: Remove the drawer or pull-out from the cabinet or pantry and place on a flat surface. Remove the metal side from the drawer by pulling the drawer side up - clips at the ends of the side will release the metal side from the front and back of the drawer. Remove the sides.

STEP 3: Place the adapter profile 1 along each side, under where the drawer side you just removed was sitting. Ensure that the channel is on the inside of the drawer. Replace the sides back into the drawer, on top of the adapter profile, pushing down until they click into place. Replace the drawer back into the cabinet or pantry.

STEP 1: Cut the cross divider 2 to size (or ask your cabinetmaker to). Then attach the cross divider connectors 5a or 5b to each end.

CROSS DIVIDER INSTALLATION LATERAL DIVIDER INSTALLATION

To install the cross divider 2 squeeze the clips on the cross divider connector 3 together and place them into the channel of the adapter profile 1 on the side of the drawer. Release the clips within the channel to secure the cross divider into place. Repeat for both sides.

To install the lateral divider 4 place the top section of the divider over the top of the cross divider 2 , then push it down and move the bottom of the lateral divider towards to cross divider to clip into place. To move the lateral divider, either slide it across the cross divider, or remove it in the reverse manner.
