Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay
Registration: Please register and pay in the Office upon arrival. If arriving after Office hours, use the After Hours Registration booth in parking lot.
Rental Policy: Site fees are based on occupancy of (2) persons per site. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
NO REFUNDS: Site fees are non-refundable.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Loud and/or disturbing noise not permitted at any time. NO generators are to be operated at any time.
RV Requirements: All RVs must be self-contained and owner occupied. NO Subletting. Any units over 10 years of age must be approved by management.
Vehicles: SPEED LIMIT IS 10 mph. (2) vehicles plus (1) golf cart allowed per site. NO pulled trailers allowed to remain on site. Storage and extra parking sites are available. NO washing of vehicles or RVs on site; wash bay is available.
Pets: (2) house pets per site are allowed when checked in at the Office. Pets must be kept on leashes when outside unit and pet droppings picked up immediately. At no time allow your pet to enter a neighbor’s yard.
Wireless Internet for computers is available in the Roundhouse.
Management: We hope you enjoy your stay at ORCHARD RANCH RV. We strive to provide you with the best possible service and pleasant atmosphere. Management and/or its owners shall not be held responsible for any loss due to fire, accident or theft to tenant or their property. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

History—Prescott, Arizona was founded in 1864 at the behest of Congress and President Abraham Lincoln in an effort to secure the area’s mineral riches for the Union forces during the Civil War, the town was named for historian William Hickling Prescott by the settlers. As Arizona’s Territorial Capital and county seat, the land use and general townscape character clearly evidenced the Midwestern and Eastern roots of the populace. The town plaza, with its courthouse surrounded by a park, reflects the influence of the larger American culture rather than that of the Southwest. Prescottonians may now refer to the center of our town as the Plaza, but the design portrays a desire to keep Prescott American and unique among Southwestern cities.
Prescott Attractions—There are dozens of fascinating things to do in Prescott, AZ— picking just one of the area’s Arizona visitor attractions would be a shame! Choose from some of the famous tourist attractions in Arizona like Prescott’s Whisky Row, the Old Courthouse and Courthouse Plaza or even Arizona visitor attractions in nearby Jerome, Phoenix, Sedona and of course— the Grand Canyon; the most famous tourist attraction in Arizona. For family fun or grown-up adventures alike, check out nature and wildlife parks; authentic Western experiences; casinos; arts & science attractions; wineries; sightseeing opportunities; historical landmarks; state parks; lakes, gorgeous hikes and outdoor recreation areas. The fun never ceases at these Prescott, Arizona visitor attractions!
Phippen Art Museum—The host of the annual Memorial Day Phippen Museum Western Art Show and Sale, the Museum’s mission is to perpetuate the unique heritage, mythology, and influence of American Western Art.
The Spot ... a Childs Museum—This Prescott children’s museum is an emerging premier destination site for children and families. Open Fridays and Saturdays 1-5 pm. Located inside Prescott Gateway Mall (NW end).
Whiskey Row—Located in Prescott, this infamous walk is one of Arizona’s most popular streets for visiting galleries, shops, bars and restaurants.
Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary—A nonprofit wildlife sanctuary in scenic Prescott dedicated to the conservation and protection of native and exotic animals. Recreation, education and entertainment for all ages.
Sharlot Hall Museum—The largest museum in central Arizona, dedicated to providing educational adventures in human and natural history. Founded in 1928, it offers festivals, living history events, theater, exhibits, etc.
Smoki Museum—Irreplaceable collections of prehistoric and contemporary pottery, prehistoric jewelry and stone artifacts. Exhibits include Southwest basketry, kachinas, photographs, paintings and documents.
Arcosanti—An experimental town in the desert of Arizona, built to embody Paolo Soleri’s concept of arcology— the fusion of architecture with ecology. Just 35 miles east of Prescott in Cordes Junction.
