managed from a single site. It contains number of product lines (A group of

related products manufactured by a single company.)

It includes the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) product, supply chain management (SCM) and customer relationship management (CRM) applications.

Oracle CRM : It provides front end office functions such as

large number of customers, Customers loyalty and satisfaction.

The basic functionality includes marketing, order capture, contracts, field service, spares management and the call center functionality.

activities, including recruiting, time management, training, compensation, benefits and payroll

flow and storage of products and services within a business.
